I cannot say enough about Anthony from Fastrak Electric! He is by far the best electrician I have ever used. I have used him on two separate occasions, but the second time I saw what a great troubleshooter he is as well as a great electrician. I had no air conditioning for a couple of days and was worried sick about my elderly Yorkie. Anthony actually stayed and waited for it to stop pouring to get back up on the roof so he could rectify the problem after figuring out that the original builder had mistakenly switch the wires on the air conditioning units on the roof. As soon as he switched the wires, my air conditioning started right up. I couldn't believe it! Anthony is professional, caring and courteous, and his rates are extremely reasonable. We live at the end of a dark street and wanted a spotlight put up on our house, with a timer in the basement, to illuminate the end of our property. Anthony returned my call within the hour and an appt was made. He came and looked at the area of the yard that needed to be lit, suggested the appliance needed, and had the light and timer by the next day. An appt was made for the installation and Anthony called 30 min prior to arrival, and arrived at the agreed upon time. The LED light is up and running with the timer located in the basement and the yard not dark anymore. While he was up on the ladder, he also noticed the Service head (the electric wire coming from the pole to my house) had broken off from the house, a potential hazard. Anthony greeted me, listened to what I thought was my problem and was able to come over the same morning. He spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue and kept me updated throughout the process. Anthony came within an hour of my call to assess the repair needed to an exterior pipe housing electric lines dislodged from the meter box. He even offered a more economical alternative than repairing to the original set up, which I was very grateful for. He scheduled the repair for Thursday or Friday, came on Thursday at the agreed time and finished an hour earlier than promised- which was great because the power needed to be off during the repair.
