They weren't busy (actually, my fiancee and I were the only ones there) as it was 2:30pm on a Tuesday. Jamie was lovely and gave us a guided tour. We really enjoyed seeing the gear and hearing how it was all done. Then, we had a tasting and the rum was fantastic. We took home a Single Estate Old Georgia Rum. They have done a wonderful job renovating and saving some old buildings in old downtown Richland and thereby saving some old Georgia history and they grow the sugar cane locally. Nice job guys. Don't miss this place.

It's a beautiful building in a sleepy town (there's literally not much to do here!). We of course HAD to do a tasting! Well, I don't drink rum, but my husband was in heaven! Kim explained the barrel process, etc. on each and every bottle. Very informative! I did walk away with some coffee for myself :) It's a cozy place to sit and sip. There's a store and outdoor area for your enjoyment. We would definitely stop here again!

I am not at all politically correct and made the comment that is exactly what it taste like and/or dirty socks. I asked if I could look at the distillery set up and was taken back in this little room where there was one vat about 6 feet in diameter with mash that had been there quite a while about half way down in the vat. Then I saw fungus growing on the inside all over. 3 or 4 inches wide. It did not even look like oak wood. more like spruce or a soft wood. Just plain NASTY. We had already bought a bottle. So we just left. First and last time here.

We ended up buying two bottles of moonshine ($33 each) and getting put on the waiting list for their smaller bottle of whiskey (large size $75 smaller $33). It was some of the smoothest moonshine I've ever had. Hardly any burn to it at all, I highly recommend you check it out and try their product yourself., You won't be disappointed. I'm happy to have such a wonderful business in Crestview!

We booked a tour and one of the two owners did our tour it was my husband and I and him. He was friendly and chatted openly with us. The other owner was manning the bar. Both owners were friendly and straight up. They offer pizza and it was delicious. The grounds are well kept. They offer axe throwing outside as well. We would return! We bought bottles to take home my favorite was the Gin.
