Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.

I found myself at FedEx this morning, in which the man at the counter kindly directed me here. The UPS here is in a prime location- right near a Dollorama , Bosley's, Shopper's Drug Mart, an a skytrain station. The woman at the counter today had exceptional customer service skills. She had a large purple and pink button on her shirt that said something like "I'm happy, ask me how" and so I asked her. Although I am genuinely a happy person, I couldn't help but ask her about this large button! She was fairly vague about it. I then asked her if it had something to do with the cross around her neck (as I'm a Christian) and she said no. She said she no longer has that 2:00 lull in her day because of one specific thing she does that makes her happy and no longer tired. She said she can't explain it but that it works, and that if I want to know more about it, she can send me a video and I can decide to do whatever I want with it. I wrote my email address on a notepad for her and will be waiting to hear back. For all I know, she's going to send me some information about a cult hahaha. I will update to let you all know. I liked this conversation starter. Our world is more connected yet more lonely than ever and I liked the way she brought humanity and deeper human connection into an everyday errand for me. I also liked that UPS allows her to do this (assuming it's not actually a cult haha).

WORKER WANTED TO FIGHT ME!…read more Came in on Oct.8.25 to ship a small package but almost turned in a fight when I asked the middle aged Indian worker/heavyweight boxer for details about filling out the form. I wanted to know why and what the form was, to which he started raising the volume of his tone, saying, "YOU HAVE TO DO IT, YOU HAVE TO!!!" sounding very grumpy and demanding, questioning me about what's inside the package, to which I said (electronics). He then got impatient and hostile, making 2 more customers uncomfortable. I then said - "Sir can you calm down?" To which he said - "GET THE F*CK OUTTA MY STORE!!!" coming around the counter, getting in my face ready to fight me. I then got my phone out and started recording him, to which he felt uncomfortable knowing he was being filmed, so unfortunately I didn't get him on video when he got ready to box me. I was going to call 911 but didn't since he realized he's on video just days away from going viral on TikTok, so he started to control himself. But it doesn't stop there.... He starts to mock, making silly faces at me, and said - "ARE YOU SENDING DRUGS?" which you can hear in the video. I've seen him before at the store, and he's very rude and aggressive to his customers, but on this occasion he overboiled and will probably skip Thanksgiving Day this year. Never had a problem with UPS, but they need to do a better job when hiring people. Workers like this can affect the company's rep and lose customers. My review wont stop here, Im also making a YouTube video telling people to stay away from here, so stay tuned folks! If this guy doesn't treat customers with respect he will have a whole lot of angry, unhappy people to deal with.

When I discovered the issues on the mock up they originally sent to the wrong email address , I corrected the mistakes . To my disappointment the heat transfer did not imprint correctly and the decal was seriously messed up . They tried to pass this off without any mention of the issues. No apology , lots of waiting around , lots of excuses . They charge as if they are professional yet they provide amateur service and results . Better to DIY than to use this outfit .

This place sells custom frames and mugs, but they also do phone repairs…read more I needed a repair for my phone that a certain (fruit) store upstairs refused to do, so I stumbled across this booth while trying to explore alternatives. The guy (Marshall) was quite clear explaining everything. Quite the eager salesman. He whisked my phone off to the repair guy. The repair took a lot longer than the promised 1h Guess they'll say anything to get the sale first. Something to keep in mind. The repairs are actually outsourced to another booth (Mobilinq) which is maybe 50m away, outside the Walmart. See my review for that place as well. See my review of Mobilinq for repair details. I would give a higher review except they broke part of my phone (unrelated part) during the repair. I had to shell out more money to get that part replaced. I understand that accidents happen, but it's a hard pill to swallow when they charge full price for something THEY broke. The good news is the repairs have all held up. They use factory parts (I'm guessing these are the parts that fail QC at the factory), as evidenced by the (sometimes covered up) logo on the parts which I saw them install. So the parts won't be 100% as good as the official repair, but 98% is good enough to be honest, especially for the price. Most importantly, I was able to get my phone working again when the fruit store told me that I was looking at a unit replacement.
