    My wife is a regular with their monthly membership. Her favorite person is Andria, who has been cutting her hair for years. Great shop, always immaculate, and everyone who works there is super friendly.

    Made a same day appointment. Was greeted right away and then seen fairly promptly. I'm figuratively blown away by the roll-up store front doors-- very impressive. While waiting for my boys to get their cuts, I shamelessly helped myself to a photo session of the totally handsome interior touches. Really cute place. Taylor did a great job on one kid while Angie trimmed up the other. Great experience and will return.

    Found this place online and seemed to have good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The wait was not bad for a Sunday, online check in was convenient. The only reason it gets one star is because they were careless with my son and cut him with the electrical clippers seen here. I called after I noticed to voice my concern, they trued to blame it on the clippers setting and that it may not have been correct. No accountability, no refund, guess what? No more of my business.     Our first time at Keep It Cut was a win! Doors at the storefront allow great air flow in the pandemic. We were lucky enough to have Layla for my sons haircut who was both friendly and kind. She was able to hold a conversation with a kid which can be challenging! We will be back!

The great thing about EMG is that once you find your barber, they can become everything you'd want your barber to be - in my case, Tony didn't just offer a great haircut.     I scheduled a consultation for a cut and color and was quoted a starting price of $120, with the…read moreunderstanding that additional services could increase the cost. My first appointment was scheduled for July 2 at noon, but at 10:44 a.m. that morning I received a text stating that the colorist was still sick and my appointment would need to be canceled. I was told someone would call to reschedule, and they did, booking me for 3:15 p.m. the following day. Then, around 11:00 a.m. on the day of that appointment, I received a second cancellation. While I understood that illness happens, having two appointments canceled with only a few hours' notice was disappointing. The next available appointment wasn't until July 9 at 6:15 p.m. When I rescheduled, I asked the scheduler whether there might be any consideration or gesture of goodwill given the inconvenience of the two late cancellations. She said she would discuss it with the owner and someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I arrived on time for my July 9 appointment, and there was no acknowledgment of the previous cancellations. At checkout, I was charged $145 instead of the quoted minimum of $120. When I asked about the additional $25, I was told toner had been required. While I understand that additional services can increase the price, it would have been nice to have that discussed before checkout. I had still planned to return because I had heard Adam was an excellent stylist. Today I messaged him that I was disappointed no one had followed up regarding my request after the two canceled appointments. His response was, "You also did a no show on your color and cut. So sorry that's our pricing. When she is sick I have no control of that." I replied that I had never missed an appointment. Both appointments had been canceled by the salon, and I had never even scheduled a color and cut together. I asked if he might have been confusing me with another client. His response was simply, "Oh okay." Everyone makes mistakes, and I completely understand that illness and scheduling issues happen. What disappointed me was the lack of communication, the failure to follow up as promised, and especially the assumption that I had been a no-show without first verifying the facts. A sincere apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Adam may be a very talented stylist, but based on the customer service and how this situation was handled, I won't be returning.
