This laundromat was great in the beginning under the new management, but has gone very much…read moredownhill. Now early in the morning and later afternoons/nights there are homeless people there, sleeping on benches and window sills. Three weeks in a row it has not been safe and people are there loitering who are clearly drunk and high, bothering those trying to simply dry clothes. Many customers including me do not feel safe and will no longer visit. Management has been told and nothing is being done. Sad to see that this business is being taken over by the homeless community.

I used machines # 3 & 4 today to do some laundry at Aiello's on Mohawk St in Herkimer. Both…read moremachines seemed to run thru all the cycles but when the 'on' light went out and the machines stopped, I opened the door to #4 and found that the machine had not drained and most of the rinse water came out onto the floor. I had to wring my laundry by hand while cold water fell onto my feet. When I had all my laundry in my bag, there was still enough water in the bin to fill it to the bottom of the door. And there wasn't any help in the laundromat or a phone to call for help. I don't think I'll be using Aiello's again.

The first time I put in a five dollar bill and received $4.25. The next time I used it I put in a $10 bill and got $8.75 back. I will not go back anymore!
