I was visiting family in BR, six hours from home, and had a flat... on a Sunday. I have tires that usually have to be special ordered. The first place I called didn't have my tire in stock. Keep Moving Roadside said he did have the tire. He wanted to make sure I understood the cost of the tire and the install. The polite young man (sorry! Didn't get your name!) showed up in a timely manner and he was careful and set a mat down so my rim wouldn't he scratched. I made it home the next day on the new tire without incident. Please, please do NOT do business with this company. We paid a significant amount for a new tire. This man sold us a used tire with a hole in it. He is an absolute crook!!! If there are any good reviews for this company, I am certain that he wrote the reviews himself or paid a stranger to write the reviews. He stole the money we sent him for a new tire and then put an old tire on my child's vehicle. I would not pay monopoly money for his service. The worst part about it, he will not refund us our money. Hit a rare Baton Rouge pothole causing a flat on the front passenger tire. I pulled over to put on the spare and my wheel was fused to the hub. Only having the factory Jack I couldn't get enough leverage to get the tire and wheel. I called Keep Moving Roadside for assistance and after sending $80 by Venmo they sent a guy out fairly quickly. I told him the situation. He had a large Jack he was able to lift the car and free the wheel. I had all of the lug nuts removed prior to his arrival. He placed the donut tire on and started replacing the lug nuts with a cordless impact wrench. He started tightening the first lug with way too much torque snapping the first lug. I knew I'd be ok getting home with 4, but he quickly snapped two more lugs in a row. I told him to stop and I put the last two on with my lug wrench. I was obviously upset and he tried to collect the remaining $70 balance. I told him he was out of his mind, but still gave him $50 just so I could get this over with and get home. Took my car for new tires the next day and was told I would have to get the three lugs fixed first. $250 for the lug repair this fly by night excise for a company caused, $150 for the "service", and another $1200 for new tires(last part, not their fault) I called the next day for some resolution and was told a "manager" would get in touch with me. By far the worst cluster experience ever. I drive a Dodge Ram 3500, I had 2 blow outs on my driver side and goggled a tire service. Trying to be cheap I didn't call southern tire mart. I have a text and cash app to support what I'm wrifting. I contacted this company off goggle at 10:34 a.m. He said he was contacting his driver which really wasn't his driver. However he proceededs with pricing $125 a hour 2 hour minimum $50 road call fee, $165 a tire and a $1.65 per mile the 1st 20 is free. So his supposed to be driver called me which happened to be a real tire company and has a service truck. Says it will be a hour before he gets to me. The guy calls back 50 mins later said he pulled them off it he was coming. So I called the guy back saying hey the other guy called me saying you pulled him off and you where coming. He said yes I'm on the way, I said it would have been nice to know that the eta changed when you canceled the guy. At this time is 12:34 I called the other guy back and ask him how much would he charge he said $610. I told him the other guy said $810. He said wow, so I called to cancel and ask for my $133 deposit back he said it's none refundable but in the text $50 is non refundable. So he makes it to me at 1:30 or so in a ford fusion. I don't knock anybody hustle but how is he going to fix 2 blow outs on my truck loaded with 5 cars. Took an hour to get the two tires off. Leaves put my two tires on his back seat then said he was going to a tire shop to pick up tires, 45 min went by I called him back. He said he was an hour away from the tire shop due to traffic then when he makes it to the tire shop he text and said it was a wait. So at 3:30 I called back and he says "the guy at the tire shop was tripping he said he thought the guy at the tire shop said the tires were $165 but they were $225". At that point I asked him why wouldn't he let me know the price changed before purchasing. At this point he gets mad and says "stop questioning everything I'm doing I'm not no bitch ass nigga". So I hung up feeling threatened. I texted him and told him I was going to contact the police because he was very unprofessional and I didn't know what to expect once he returned. Now it's 4:00 and I'm texting asking him for an ETA and he says he's an hour away. My truck is on side the road in Jennings La. when he said he was on the long bridge I asked what bridge and he states he was coming from Baton Rouge La. At this point high as gas is what idiot drives a hour and a half away and pass 40 tire shops to go buy 2 over priced tires that I get for $165 in Baton Rouge leaving me on side the road for an additional 3 hours. He didn't make it back to the truck until 6:15. When he came back the police was there he then puts the tires back on the truck and when I went looked at the tires that he purchased for 225$ they were 10ply tires that are $140 a piece. Even the police looked at the tires shaking their heads. At this point I'm on side the road 7 hours and he feels he did me a favor by not charging me by the hour when he's the idiot that drove an extra 3 hours for nothing. Charged me an additional $200. So instead of paying $800 which was the original quote I payed $933 to sit on side the road for 7 hours to get 2 cheap ass tires then on top of that he still feels like he helping me. I have all documents to support so he can't say he doesn't have records of ever servicing this customer which he says on all his negative reviews. I wouldn't recommend him to change a tire on a tricycle. He's very unprofessional, uses profaned language when addressing customers. Has no capability to think smart then mentally he thinks he's helping but he's very disturbed. If you don't take my advice make sure u have some condoms because he gone fuck you. The only reason why I'm leaving my number and taking my time to write this detailed review is because I've never encountered such unprofessionalism and customer service in my life and was told he's doing me a favor. read more
