I buy flowers pretty often and for $175, this was not worth the cost, in addition I still stand by my concern several of the roses were wilted, old. And for that kind of money that's not acceptable. The ordering experience was a little frustrating when my request didn't "fit into the box" of the standard choices the shop has. I asked for a variation and was met with too much resistance, felt I was pushed into spending more than I wanted and was left disappointed. I was sending flowers to someone very close to me who suddenly got very sick and was in the hospital. I didn't realize at the time of ordering that she was in the ICU and that ICU's do not accept flower deliveries. Iryna made no effort to help me or accommodate any changes regarding the delivery date - she was very rude and unprofessional over the phone and stated several times that this was not her problem. Finally, at the end of our conversation, she agreed to hold the flowers in her fridge for 2 days to stay fresh in hopes that my friend would be out of the ICU by then - but 30 minutes after we got off of the phone, I received an email that the flowers were delivered to the hospital, and my friend ended up with flowers that had to sit at the nurses station and she wasn't able to enjoy them. If you are looking to work with someone who has compassion and wants to create good customer experiences, please look elsewhere. read more
