Our first visit was with our senior boxer baby Cali. With our previous vet (not Scatter Creek) having left a bad taste in our mouth, seeing Dr. Randall Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He is super down to earth but very straightforward, which we love. Cali was diagnosed that day as having a scratch on her eye. Sent home with an alone cone, drops, and further instructions for using natural tears. We have also seen Dr. Jill Suess and she is wonderful as well. Gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and honest. For the last year our puppy Houston has been visiting Scatter Creek for regular check ups, shots and some diet guidance. Once again Dr. Thomas to the rescue; taking and applying his advice for diet adjustments cleared up Houston's issues. Would highly recommend and I know my four legged baby is in good hands when he's there.

I bought Henry, my 2-year-old GSD, and he's been healthy, smart, and a perfect companion. He's very social and friendly. I've done his obedience myself, and he is a super fast learner. I have had him in the city, in the country, around the shooting range, in the mall, in office towers, on elevators, in my airplane, and he is comfortable in all environments. I take Henry with me all the time, even when I travel. He does great on road trips and at hotels. I recently bought 80 acres of land, so I just ordered a second Kraftwerk K9, fully trained protection dog, to give Henry a playmate. These working dogs love to play and are high-energy, but they are good for family pets as long as you remain the alpha. My experience with Kraftwerk K9 was good, and we are excited to add a second Kraftwerk GSD to our home. I hope this review is helpful.

Two weeks ago our vet performed the genetic testing because our GSD that we paid 15k for started showing signs of the disease at 7 years old. While waiting two weeks for the results(that were positive) I called Kraftwerk K9 three times to see if they do the testing on their dogs, was told I'd get a call back from Wayne Curry, and have yet to hear anything from Kraftwerk. Was told by our vet that reputable GSD breeders do this test. Just a terrible experience. Got to believe there are better places to get a healthy dog from.

Coming from the competitive dog sport world, and holding a degree in Cynology (the study of canines or domestic dogs), it seems Bart has been a passionate and lifelong student of the dog. Just google and see for yourself. Rather than "quick fixes", he dives deep to understand first and foremost, your dog. For example, understanding HOW your dog operates is fundamental to building a healthy relationship to him/her so that your dog does things WITH you (and not FOR you). This is the critical foundation which Bart builds upon in shaping the behavior of all the dogs he works with. It just makes sense. Since we brought our German Shepherd pup to him last year, we have watched his remarkable transformation around obedience to now protection work. And it hasn't just been him! I have learned so much through Bart's online resources, lectures, and important discussions. This has been so much fun. In summary, we have discovered in Bart, a rare combination of practical expertise, scientific understanding, and authentic compassion and advocacy for dogs. We cannot recommend him more!

Once a week got him on phone & told he would email or call...none of either. Phone won't accept voicemail, no response to text. There are 4 of us who compete in events listed on his website with two of us who have tried to nail him down for training, with being left feeling he has no interest. One has been trying for months. Having to go with somebody else to train with after well over reasonable amount of waiting with no attempt from Bart to return contact. Blows my mind how a trainer can just ignore multiple long term clients who are looking for somebody to train with closer to home. Will look at him again if he surfaces. But we have dogs in need and competitions upcoming and can"r afford to sit and wait to see if he surfaces. One of the group has already been with Scott Haywood w Centrailia Pet Resort, I'm going to sign up tomorrow as he has followed through with getting back, setting prices, and setting concrete schedules.

Yelp doesn't facilitate half stars, so for purpose of this review consider it 4.5…read more That said, the owner was friendly, helpful, and the price was right to watch my cat for some 3 weeks or so while we went to visit family across the country. Was even understanding for when our trip was extended a couple of days due to car troubles on the way back. What keeps me from adding that last star (or rather, .5 of a star) is getting a call at an odd hour about an alleged flea on my cat's rear. This was news to me, as we have not encountered the little parasites in our house since 2014 when a neighbor of ours introduced fleas to our house. Our cat is strictly an indoor cat, never goes outside, and I have dealt with fleas on cats a handful of times in my life, and have never had an incident of a single flea found only on the pet. The bugs have always managed to bother me as well. I have not been bothered by fleas since the aforementioned 2014 incident that we treated, and eradicated. So getting a call to say a flea was found, but no evidence was offered at the time, or at eventual pickup, just left a slightly sour taste in my mouth for what was otherwise exemplary cat boarding. I would still recommend her services, would even use them again if I found myself having to take the family out of town again, but if I am to be called and told my cat had a flea (not even fleas, I was told one was found on his hindquarters) I would rather expect to see some sort of evidence, photographic documentation preferably.

I was worried about my cat bc she was really scared when I first dropped her off. To see a video of her purring and meowing outside of her condo was so comforting to watch while away. Charlotte was also great bc my cat has allergies and she was willing to give her medicine. We also got back from our trip a day early and asked to pick our cat up after hours and Charlotte made it possible. She even refunded us for the last night without us asking. Such a sweetheart.

We put money down on a litter to pick a female puppy that was born in January 2021. We had first pick of our female puppy out of the two females from the litter. We went to pick her up when she was ready to big enough to leave, the other female puppy had already been picked up. A couple of months later, we discovered by looking at pictures, they had given us the wrong puppy, the puppy we did not pick and did not want because she was too hyper. How does that happen when there are only two females in the litter. We did not say anything for a while, because we knew that we had to keep this puppy now, because the other one was gone. When I finally sent a letter to Cassandra, the owner letting her know how upset we were, I never heard a word, nothing acknowledging the mistake or an apology even. We just took our dog, who was now 4 in January to the vet, and she has to see a specialist because the vet thinks she has retinol neuropathy. When you pay a breeder that much for the dog, they should make sure you get the dog you picked and do sufficient testing to rule out potentially serious genetic defects. I will never buy another dog from Circle B and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible!
