I cannot begin to explain how amazing Mr. Anthony Lynch has been for my brother who passed away and our family. It took me a long time to have the courage and time to sit and plan out the program and obituary for my brother. I was still in shock over his death and I was planning a funeral while processing and grieving so the obituary was last on my mind, although I knew it was important. When the final hour came around we were told that there would be no programs at the funeral. I was devastated. Anthony had been patient enough and pushed his deadline as far as he could. However my sister managed to speak with him again and this amazing and professional man agreed to wait and worked with me all night long (the night before the funeral) to get the programs completed. I felt so unprofessional for not having the full program in place to send to him along with the pictures. However he never got rude or impatient and encouraged me to keep sending the information as I got it. We worked together until about 1am !! What company would do this? Not only did he do this but the work he produced was perfect. I told him he had free rein on the designs, as I was too overwhelmed to choose from the preset designs he already had. And he produced the most beautiful program ever.. We also ordered buttons and a memorial slideshow from him. He worked so quickly that I didn't understand how beautiful he was able to make everything look in such a short time.. I'm not saying he will work till 1am for every customer but I know every customer will be satisfied 100% and his compassion and professionalism is unmatched. And I know my brother, who is the fancy type lol, would have loved everything. I plan on ordering more memorial items from Anthony. I found Keepsake Memories (companys actual name) on instagram while trying to take a break from my families recent passing. After seeing some of their work I contact them and spoke to Anthony. He was very kind and easy going. I never felt pressured to do any business with him. On the phone he let me know why he was in the business (loss of his family) and personal experiences to relate. It felt like more talking to a old friend than a business. Fast forward, I knew I wanted to work with a minority business and not being from there (I'm in Texas, but the funeral for my father was going to held in Brooklyn) but unfortunately couldn't find one. Though not a funeral home Anthony proceeded to assist through his relationships in helping arrange services to ease the burden off my back. That was good enough for me. We ended up doing the services at Guarino Funeral Home. I can't speak more highly on the employees there, as they were very attentive and understood the needs of my family. Anthony ultimately ended doing our funeral obituaries (funeral programs as they say in New York), keychains, buttons and a slideshow for the service. I was extremely impressed by the communication and quality of Anthony Lynch's work considering the time (it's the holiday season) alongside the quality. I ordered 500 funeral programs, buttons, and keychains and Anthony was able to have them done in a turnaround less than 36 hours. He even delivered and set up prior to the service. Looking back, I must say I was equally impressed with the product and the service. The quality of work is levels above what I've grown accustom to seeing. I'm a DIY kind of guy in addition to being a penny pincher but I had to admit, there's no way I could have come close...and the cost was reasonable.
