Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Tony didn't give us a hard time about canceling the night before. I offered to pay some sort of penalty but he kindly declined. I was really looking forward to work with him, but this experience definitely made me want to contact him again for future service. Thank you Tony!

The process was so easy, they confirm a week before delivery and give you the ETA ahead of time. The guys setting up did it so quick and everything was ready to go. My son and his friends had a blast and pick up time was communicated towards the ending of the party. The older man is SO sweet and really knows what he's doing. A bunch of the kids who came called it their absolute favorite party ever! Service was fantastic. The slide was actually dropped off and picked up longer than it was supposed to be in both cases, so we ended up with an extra half-day of fun for our kids. Kelly is really fantastic and her workers are very responsible. They do a great job of setting it up and taking it down. I highly recommend Bounce Hawaii.
