I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

Tracy came over to our house for a consultation and developed a plan to remove the wall between the dining room and kitchen, install a bar/counter, and open up a window into the living room. He laid out a plan to completely reconfigure the kitchen by moving the stove, sink, and fridge to a more ideal configuration and double the amount of cabinet space and counter space. He demoed the space, prepped the walls for cabinets, installed beautiful tile flooring and developed a solution for the ceiling transition (where the wall previously was). Then he cursed me and threatened me with a lawsuit when I complained and asked for my money back. ALL of the work that was done has to be redone.
