Most worked OK - some were bent and one or two just messed up. Apparently, it didn't bother the hubby - but since I work from home and often want to put the blinds open/shut/up/down, it really bugged me. We went to the home and garden show and got a couple leads. We personally spoke to Brian at the show and made an appointment for him to come and measure/explain options. The communication every step was excellent. Brian showed up on time and was efficient but thorough. He covered the options and started measuring - I went back to work while he finished up. In a day or two we had a proposal. I had no clue what blinds cost and was very pleased with the price tag. However, I always get at least one more proposal to make sure the good is good and we're getting the right product. About a week later, another lady came to the house and showed me her product. Right away, I thought the Gotcha Covered blind was superior quality. Also, the lady charged me for labor to take down the old blinds and dispose of them. I guess that was OK if you wanted to save money - but I wanted to avoid the hassle. When I lined up both proposals and compared them apples to apples, they were just about even. In fact, I think Gotcha's Covered may have been a little more. Regardless, I did not hesitate letting Brian know we were going with him. I was surprised how quickly our order came. Brian contacted us to make an appointment for the installation. Again - I was blown away how quickly and efficiently the old blinds came down and the new ones went up. Payment was very easy - half up front on credit card and the rest by check. I cannot tell you how much I like our new blinds. I am opening/raising them daily and take the down every night. It is so simple - literally a click of a button and a little muscle. No more pulling strings and trying to get them even and to lock in. I highly recommend this product and this company!!

We needed our gutters cleaned plus all the corners joints leaked causing the gable's stucco to fall off. We had the Neff Company repair the stucco. They are excellent as well. I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

Carpet was expected to be received in a week and was told it wasn't in the system so he'd call the warehouse and would get back to me the next day, I had to call them. It took from July 9 to July 30 for stair carpeting. The only thing good was the installation.

I highly recommend the gutter whitening...really added to the over all finished look of the house. I was blown away that the owner of the company is actually the guy who cleaned the siding! He said he likes to treat every house like his own and I can now see that. Sam and Ian were great as well. They spent extra time making sure the windows were perfect and before they left, they made sure to ask if there was anything they could go back over or touch up before they left. During cleaning I had to continually point out to the workers where they had missed dirt on the windows. I believed my windows were clean but when the sun moved to the other side of the house I noticed more streaks and unclean windows. (See pictures) I emailed K&T with photos. They did not address the unclean windows and told me I had inspected work and signed the customer satisfaction form. I asked to have the dirty windows recleaned but never heard back.
