Once, they even provided a Certificate of Insurance to a buidling management company, while our employees waited to gain entry into the customers offices. Pretty impressive to go from request to completion within the time of a short phone call. We are never told to wait, or call the corporate office, or any of the time wasting procedures that giant companies use in managing their customers. She is always willing to meet in person, always professional and an advocate for her customer, and has always gone to bat for us when interacting with the Farmers Insurance corporation. Our commercial claims have been handled expertly, and without any type of suspicion or disbelief about the nature of the accidents, or damage to property. Her staff actually reads all contracts we have that require a special insurance coverage or amounts. On several occasions they have informed the party requiring special amounts of liability, or over-reaching coverage that it will not be provided, and that the commercial organization presenting the required amounts of coverage should consult with their legal staff and have the unreasonable coverage removed from their requirement. Who else does that for you? One can find inexpensive insurance, just like anything else, but if you want proper coverage, and if you are serious about your enterprise, it is worth a litlle bit more to get such personal service, expert advice, and professional products that Jennifer Spriggs provides through her Farmers Insurance Agency.
