It was a small job (compared to our larger, pricer job in the past) but every customer should be treated as if they are important, and a call to say they ran out of time would have sufficed. I would not recommend them, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't value the small jobs.

We called regularly, five or six times, only continuing to call because they kept telling us "oh yeah, we will give you a call back." ..."We will have Chris give you a call back..." It would have been kinder and professional to tell us up front that they were booked, instead of dishonestly stringing us along.
