Our insurance company was being so difficult so we ended up calling this company directly. The representative who answered the phone was so helpful and even gave us some tips on dealing with our insurance company. We had already been stranded for about an hour in 100 degree weather with 3 kids in the middle of no where. The representative sent someone out right away with waters for all of us and said they'd send out the bigger truck so we could all fit in for the ride. Our driver Daniel arrived and we were on our way. As we arrived at the Tesla charging station, we discovered the car was so dead we couldn't even open the doors or get it to start charging. Daniel stayed out there with my husband for what had to be about an hour and a half trying to help him figure it out. He allowed my kids and I to stay in the tow truck with the AC. Daniel had to call another truck out to help and all was resolved. I am very grateful for how quickly they got to us, how understanding they were, and how patient they were. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us on what was such a stressful day!

When i came to pick up the car it was all dusty and the roof and trunk were covered in oil. He came out apologized and kinda wiped it then charged me $160 for an estimate that he did not have ready and told me that he will email it to me and I am still waiting on that email since 12/5/2023.
