Although I had never had Manchester Body work on any of my cars, I have heard that Jerry (the owner) is "the best body guy around". I am inclined to agree!! The staff at Manchester Body went above and beyond the call of duty to keep us updated on the progress of our car. Manchester Body worked in tandem with State Farm to ensure a seamless transition and a quality job. Our car is an odd color (Satin Meisai Gray Pearl... huh?) but Jerry and his crew nailed it!! The front and back of our car both had to be replaced as it was pushed into the car ahead of me. I didn't want to see our car when it was towed from the accident scene... the policeman had tossed our mangled front license plate onto the passenger seat next to me, so I knew the damage was bad. I was devastated. However, Manchester Body took less than 3 weeks to return our car to us in pristine condition!!! Jerry left the overhead lights on in the garage when we picked it up so I could see it sparkle... I was amazed! We have another 2007 Spyder Eclipse that Manchester Body will be working on for us this summer (this car has 203,000 miles on it)! Manchester Body will always work on our vehicles from now on! Karl was extremely pleasant, quickly gave me the estimate, and talked to me like I was an important client. The insurance tried to tell him that they had found the part I needed, the back lift door, and he advised them the one they had picked was not insurance worthy, basically, it was a piece of garbage. He already had found the part and the insurance agreed to use the one Karl had located. Karl had the car done one day early, and the work looks amazing. You can't tell there was any damage. He (they) did a fabulous job, I would highly recommend Brothers!!

Most recently he thought he could repair the fender on my CRV but once he got in there he realized that a fender replacement was the better solution. While I wasn't crazy about the extra $ since I was paying out of pocket, I appreciated his explanation of why this was a better solution considering my car is only 3 years old. I hope I don't need collision repairs in the future, but if I do I won't hesitate taking my car back to Brothers Auto Collision.
