David responded quickly and talked me through diagnosis and a stop gap solution. That got us back up and running, saving a refrigerator and freezer full of food. It was only after the power was restored that Jeff and I realized he was over 1,200 miles away and would not be making the permanent repairs required. I can't express to you how patient, knowledgeable, and helpful Jeff was in getting our self-imposed electrical issue resolved. This is a time in our nation when there is a huge wanting for hard working tradesmen. We will no longer spend our prized time and efforts like this.)
