When one of my A/C units began to fail even though it's under warranty I knew I didn't want to deal with the dealership's wait list so I contracted a nationally certified mobile RV technician to assist me with the troubleshooting and replacement process and deal with the warrant company directly. I started the purchasing process online and after reviewing all the specifications to ensure the new unit was an exact match or that any upgrades would be recommended for an exact replacement. Camping World's website is pretty detailed and they offer a very extensive inventory so I knew I'd be able to find what I needed so my only concern would be availability and that it could be available for pick up at the location of my choosing. After making the purchase online and getting a confirmation email I knew a follow up call the following morning before I set out to their Cocoa, Florida location was all that would be required. I called the store in the AM a few minutes after they opened and spoke to Chris, he was attentive and took down my information and the details of my order and told me he would track down the information and get back to me once he knew the details. Fast-forward about 15 minute Chris called me back and confirmed the A/C was in stock and would be ready for pickup when I arrive. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by their friendly receptionist and directed to the right person, after verifying my name he immediately set up the pickup at the side gate where they loaded it in my truck. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I know it may sound like this is a pretty simple process but it took a coordinated effort by a lot of members of the Camping World Team to make this happen and they executed it flawlessly. I know this review isn't about buying an RV or scheduling service but it does show they do have things in place to take care of the customer and if you take the time to explain your needs or issues and have reasonable expectation and exercise some patience these guys are willing to put in the work. It was definitely a 5-Star experience and they have earned my loyalty, this will be the first option I look to in the future...

I had all kinds of questions, probably sent the poor guy about 100 messages. But hey.. they're some patient people over there at Infinity Motors and all my questions were answered, real professional like. Let me say I sent some other RV folks messages, and I'd be lucky to get a response before I reach my 100th birthday, forget about it. But not Infinity, they're on their A game buddy. Now that I knew.. what was what.. I was asked if I'd like to make an appointment. I said "absolutely bud" and the next day I met Jason to check out a few monster RVs. Jason was a real patient guy, he didn't press my buttons. I had my eyes set on a big boy 2015 Olympia Coach. I told Jason I had to look at a few Coaches over at Camping World. Long story short, it's just a bunch of wise guys over at Camping World, real pushy fellas. Anyways I gave Jason a call right after leaving Camping World. I met back with him at Infinity, put a deposit down, and went for a ride. Everything seemed to look good and the price was right so I bought the bad boy! I can fit everybody in this RV, it's a real beast! I've taken it all over. A side note to Jason, sorry it took me so long to leave this review.. I've been traveling around.. I'm sure you understand bud. Hey all and all I'd recommend Infinity to my pals and my family. No complaints (not yet at least) hahaha just kidding Jason, dont get any wise ideas. Well, we have a very long story regarding a RV journey, but I will cut it short to give this…read moreamazing business their much deserved 5 star review. So, after a transmission problem in KY, we got on our way to FL. We arrived and things were going fine until our RV caught on fire. Yep, actual flames. Fortunately, we caught very quickly and put it out without damage to us or the RV. Note to newbie RV-ers: Get a fire extinguisher, even if you think you will never need it. We had to be towed from Viera to Cocoa and found Infinity Motors through a simple google search. We called another place first and they didn't answer the phone, so Infinity got our business. We are so glad they did! The other place should be kicking themselves now! We got towed in and were greeted by Larry, the mechanic and he was friendly, down to earth and really helpful. He consoled me a bit as I was a bit scared from the whole process. He explained what he thought it might be and told us he would take care of us and even stay late if he had to in order to get us going again. It ended up being a oil leak and the oil caught on fire on the exhaust. (my husband really should write this review because I don't know car terms so bear with me) When the owner arrived, he (Jason) and Larry spoked to us and told us it would be a bit more involved, but immediately left to get the necessary parts and returned to start working. We found out it would be more than that afternoon to get it fixed so we went to stay with family that evening. They were so friendly. Jason, the owner, really knows his stuff, as does Larry, and they were both knowledgeable and easy to understand in explanation of the mechanics of the problem. I'll be honest, being a woman, I don't always get treated like I know anything at car shops so I was impressed that they treated me like a part of the decision making process with my husband, answered my questions and explained things to BOTH of us. I don't know much about RV's, but I want to learn and appreciate how they spoke to me and my husband about the same RV issues equally. We came back the next day and our RV was ready to go. Our invoice was itemized, easy to understand and fully explained. They kept the old parts to show us what was done and didn't do anything we didn't ask for, but went above and beyond to make sure were on the road again. They didn't try to sell us extras either, but suggested things to be aware of in the future. They were honest, straight forward and told us what was necessary now for safety or what could wait, because we are on a strict budget, but want to make sure we get to our next destination. We got on the road and had no trouble until today when the RV started misfiring. Now our RV is 30 years old, so we don't expect it to run perfectly all the time, but when Jason and Larry looked at it before, they mentioned fixing the exhaust and we decided against that because it wasn't imperative at the time. Now it probably will be and we are okay with that. We contacted them this morning, Sunday when they are closed, and they told us to bring it over in the morning and they will take a look asap. Wow! What other shops do this? None. I haven't been to many who even answer the phone on a day off or won't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need or take weeks on your car. We were in and out in a day, treated respectfully and nothing came up as a surprise financially. Pretty great! I'lll update tomorrow after our RV is fixed again, but I have no doubts it will be fixed perfectly and we will back on our journey! Thanks to Jason, Larry and Phil!

Buyer Beware: My Experience with Giant RV…read more If you're considering buying an RV from Giant RV, read everything before signing and ask detailed questions about any deposit. In my experience, I was not clearly informed that I was signing paperwork making my $2,000 deposit non-refundable. I also understood that the money was not being applied toward the down payment. When I decided not to move forward with the purchase, I requested my deposit back, but I was told it could not be refunded because "their hands were tied." I take responsibility for signing the paperwork, but I also believe important financial terms--especially a non-refundable $2,000 deposit--should be clearly explained before asking a customer to sign. My advice is to read every document carefully, ask direct questions about whether any deposit is refundable, and don't sign until you're completely comfortable with the terms. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid an expensive surprise.

Then when we got there they charged us over $200 in service fees for the guy to adjust my fifth wheel hitch, which took less than 2 minutes. They also scheduled us for a walk through at a day and time I very specifically said we were not available just because they wanted to get the unit sold for their monthly numbers. And to top it all off, the appliances don't work and stuff keeps breaking off the walls on a brand new unit. Edited to add: this is the location on Culver St in Palm Bay. My 5th wheel RV was dropped off there this morning (March 23, 2026) for repairs. No idea why the GM is claiming they don't know anything about me and claiming my post should be removed. In regards to the pushiness, Wendy was the original sales associate I was with and I asked Ryan to please be placed with someone else as she was too aggressive for me.

The day we left with it we had water coming in under the slide, broken water heater that was spraying water outside of the water heater (the main valves to the water heater were off so I am assuming the issue was known), after the first rain we noticed more water than just under the slide and realized water was coming from the ceiling, the macerator was not working from the bathroom, and the fridge was not cooling completely. These are not things you can notice during the walk through except maybe the water heater but we did not know the valves were off to the water heater until we went to use the shower. I took this camper to my local Blue Compass due to the fact that i drive over 2 hours to buy this one. My local dealer confirmed these issues including needing a brand new fridge, damaged water heater, leaking roof since it was not sealed prior, new slide seals (found a birds nest inside) and a clogged macerator. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty which covered the refrigerator and the water heater, but the rest of the items were now my expense. Although this camper was used, I still paid a SIGNIFICANT amount of money for it to have all of these issues. I did reach out to the Sales manager in Orlando named Ashlynn but she never would get back to me on the issues. I then reached out to the General manager, named Cindy whom also never bothered to reach out to me. My local Blue Compass advised me that these are issues that their location would not have let go. I am very upset that no one felt the need to contact me at all even if it was to apologize or even a simple "we can't help". All I got was crickets. When I traded my previous camper, I was aware that a part needed replacement and I did my due diligence and ordered the part and had it delivered to them so that my camper was in full working order for them to re sell. I spent $600 just to ship that part because it was the right thing to do even though I got a very low offer on my trade as it was. If you still feel the need to shop here, the only great quality they have is their Sales associate Melissa Salmons. She was wonderful and even tried to help with these issues, but they were out of her hands.

Not traits you find too often any more in the RV industry. (We were held hostage in a Camping World office, by taking our driver's licenses away to "show we were serious about buying".) No high pressure sales tactics. No dealer fees. And all of the units were priced fairly, with even still some wiggle room on final deals. By the time I found the one I wanted, and got the purchase done, I felt like I was family. Their techs are so friendly, and helpful. They gave us a complete walk through when we picked up the camper (FREE. Camping World charges you $1,000 to do the same thing.) I have owned several RVs in my lifetime (3 travel trailers, and a 40 foot diesel pusher class A motor-home). I also owned an RV repair business for 10 years. The people at Grandsport RV are by far the most pleasant shopping/buying experience I have ever had, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
