She did a great job at tailoring the experience to our needs and getting us connections to RV parks and places to buy a truck for the trailer. She gave us great advice on financing everything as well in a way that would work best for us. We are definitely going back to Miss Noelle whenever we are finally ready to buy! She is amazing, and I would highly recommend Camping World to anybody!

The unit had a horrible mattress after two weeks had sunken in center to almost flat. This was reported to the service dept. and was replaced, after 2-3 weeks the new mattress did the exact same thing. The service technician was notified again of this defective -worthless bedding. We inquired to get a credit towards another to avoid a third piece of junk. When we returned to Florida, we found out the service person (Rachael) was fired, then we contacted the Dealership manager (Andy) who said his team was right on it. After weeks we received no response, to call back to be advised he was fired. Then contact was made with Sales manager (Samatha) who never returns calls. We would never due business with Camping World again due to the unprofessional customer service. Anyone should think twice about dealing with Cocoa Beach Camping World, unfortunately the Campsite Elite RV is made only for Camping World by Forest River.

While it was there they serviced the axels and fixed a warranty issue. I really like their weekly updates when awaiting parts. The service manager, parts manager and shop staff are just simply good people. I highly recommend buying a trailer from them. It's the service after the sale. Not something you'll find at those big money machine dealers. Thank you Travel Camp of Melborne. You Rock! We're off to Maine for the summer.

I purchased a Solaire 320TSBH from Travelcamp early December 2022; when I first started looking at…read morecampers there all the salesreps were working with a manufacturers rep; I just kinda cruised the lot abit and really didn't see anything that was making me want to pull the trigger. As I was casually walking around a Travelcamp employee (April O'Leary) walk by and asked if I needed any help and explained why the sales reps were tied up at the moment, so she put off what had brought her outside and kindly gave me a tour of what they had that might fit what I wanted. The last unit she pointed out was the 320, the design of the 320 doesn't leave much to preview wiyh the slides but I could tell it had the potential of what I wanted. We discussed getting the 3 slides out while I went to eat lunch, when I came back April met me at the front door and we went and toured the 320; it was everything I was looking for. After that I made several follow on visits to the dealership to walk through the unit again and be sure. On the last day someone had decided to buy that unit which worked out well because I mentioned the 320 the Ocala dealership had which had a couple of features the one I had been looking at didn't and April assured me that she could get that one from Ocala to Melbourne for me; win win for me. After giving Travelcamp a deposit they facilitated the transfer of the 320 to Melbourne at which April and I did a walk-through of the unit, she took notes of the very short list of things that needed to be resolved before I would close on the unit. The closing day, I met April & Jerry at the dealership to do the final walk-through and close on the unit. I could've save a small chunk of money by traveling a short distance and picked the 320 from another dealership, but the interactions with April throughout the entire process from walking onto the lot through the sale, April's punctuality and wiliness to listen instead of just selling made me a just want to buy the 320 from her at that dealership. If you're ever in the market and near Melbourne, stop in and see April, she is as genuine as they come, listens to what you have to say and doesn't know how to put pressure on you. I hope that I will need to buy another camper soon and she will still be!

Buyer Beware: My Experience with Giant RV…read more If you're considering buying an RV from Giant RV, read everything before signing and ask detailed questions about any deposit. In my experience, I was not clearly informed that I was signing paperwork making my $2,000 deposit non-refundable. I also understood that the money was not being applied toward the down payment. When I decided not to move forward with the purchase, I requested my deposit back, but I was told it could not be refunded because "their hands were tied." I take responsibility for signing the paperwork, but I also believe important financial terms--especially a non-refundable $2,000 deposit--should be clearly explained before asking a customer to sign. My advice is to read every document carefully, ask direct questions about whether any deposit is refundable, and don't sign until you're completely comfortable with the terms. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid an expensive surprise.

The back and forth over the camper was ridiculous all for them to sell the first one out from under…read moreus. The salesperson we were with was rude and pushy and made me very uncomfortable. Then when we got there they charged us over $200 in service fees for the guy to adjust my fifth wheel hitch, which took less than 2 minutes. They also scheduled us for a walk through at a day and time I very specifically said we were not available just because they wanted to get the unit sold for their monthly numbers. And to top it all off, the appliances don't work and stuff keeps breaking off the walls on a brand new unit. Edited to add: this is the location on Culver St in Palm Bay. My 5th wheel RV was dropped off there this morning (March 23, 2026) for repairs. No idea why the GM is claiming they don't know anything about me and claiming my post should be removed. In regards to the pushiness, Wendy was the original sales associate I was with and I asked Ryan to please be placed with someone else as she was too aggressive for me.

I don't know how he could do such a thing. Highly unethical!! We waited 2 weeks for them to get it ready and contacted them multiple times both in person and over the phone. He called me to come and see the repair. I told him I would be back in 2 hours. It was 3 hours when I got back and he told me he had sold it!!! Not traits you find too often any more in the RV industry. (We were held hostage in a Camping World office, by taking our driver's licenses away to "show we were serious about buying".) No high pressure sales tactics. No dealer fees. And all of the units were priced fairly, with even still some wiggle room on final deals. By the time I found the one I wanted, and got the purchase done, I felt like I was family. Their techs are so friendly, and helpful. They gave us a complete walk through when we picked up the camper (FREE. Camping World charges you $1,000 to do the same thing.) I have owned several RVs in my lifetime (3 travel trailers, and a 40 foot diesel pusher class A motor-home). I also owned an RV repair business for 10 years. The people at Grandsport RV are by far the most pleasant shopping/buying experience I have ever had, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
