Thought this business was on the up and up as I like to support local family owned businesses,…read morehowever my third visit there this past weekend ended in me being told to get off the property and threatened with the police because I ask them to replace a directional tire that they installed improperly last August. Back in August of 2025, I purchased a tire and had it mounted there. Not long after the tire was put on my car started making up minor thumping noise which sounded like I had a bubble in my tire, best way I could explain it, so I knew I needed two new tires but also knew there had to be something wrong with one of them for it to sound that way and the noise had gotten scary loud and I didn't want to drive over 55. As the tech was putting on the two tires Saturday, he informed me that the last tire they put on was a directional tire and they put it on backwards. I did not even know about directional tires and relied on this business to do the proper work that I have paid them to do. Through my research I found that the tread would have worn down much faster and there could've possibly been suspension damage to my car and I felt that they should replace the tire. Some guy I had never seen there before came out to inspect the tire and he rubbed his hand over the top of my tire with it still on my car and said nothing was wrong with it and that they did the right thing by turning the tire the right way, but I had been driving it the wrong way since August and I requested that they replace the tire and I was told to get off of the property and that they were gonna call the sheriff and have me trespassed. I in no way said or did anything that would merit this reaction. I simply ask in a nice way that they should replace the tire, especially after the owner admitted on the phone that one of her "dumb technicians" put it on the wrong way! They are good until you call them out on their negligence and then you are threatened with the police! WILL NEVER RETURN BUT WILL BE INFORMING EVERYONE AND ANYONE TO BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Replacing the $80 tire would have been the cheapest solution for this dump!!!

The minimum car wash is $10 but it is 100% worth it. What I really loved is they pre wash your car. A lot of car wash places don't do this and it's so important because if you have particles on your car the wash will just scrape them around and scratch your vehicle. This place had three people scrubbing your car before you go in. I was very impressed with the car wash itself. The lights were cool but it seemed like a lot more motions in the wash and more work on your vehicle. Once the wash is done they have complimentary towels to dry your car (A first for me). They also have windex for your windows. The best part is the vacuums. They have a skinny hose, wide hose and the little tool that blows air for cracks. I left so very happy with their service and equipment. I look forward to coming back and even told my husband to go try it.

I was able to call and make an appointment on Saturday (which was a huge plus for me), and got to meet the technician (Ken) on site. Since the rig was new to me, Ken took some time to review some of the outstanding issues and walked me through some of the less know traits on my Tiffin. So parts were ordered and a follow-up date was established. After a short period, the list of needed repairs and improvements grew slightly, so when Ken returned, I had more items that needed to be replaced. Ken is very methodical and thinks through his repairs. I found it very rewarding to watch and learn from Ken. It took Ken about 8 hours to finish my list, but I was very happy with the results and the process. Having a mobile tech is a great benefit, and Ken's work is very professional and reasonably priced. I took my 2010 Toyota Tacoma to Triangle Auto based on a friends recommendation. I have been religious about bringing my truck to the dealer for preventative maintenance, but after three (actually 4, including a second car) negative experiences with my local dealer, I had to search out another option. Nelson was able to take my car in almost immediately. He was quick to give me an estimate based on the expected work to be performed. Of course there were variations based on some unforeseen requirements. I was able to pick the car up by COB the day I dropped it off. There was a glitch, not associated with their work, that was discovered on my drive home. I brought the Taco back to them the next day and, again, was promptly given an estimate for the expected work. Nelson did the research I requested to ensure I was getting Toyota parts when necessary - over-and-above. I've got the truck back and it's working like a champ. Saturday traveling to Sebastian my engine light in my car went on and my car was shaking. I was advised to pull over and not drive it. I had it towed to the Honda Dealership in Palm Bay where they presented me with an estimate of $5897.29. After listening to mush nonsense. I had GEICO tow me to Triangle Auto. My car was assessed within hours and fixed, no nonsense! They were honest and helpful and it was such a relief that my repair was under $200.00. They were very knowledgeable and immediately understood the codes that the diagnostic machine was producing. I will never step foot at a Honda dealership again!! read more

I needed routine maintenance and Nelson gave me several recommendations to help me get better gas mileage and extend the life of my van. I went with his advice, which was also to use synthetic oil. Wow. Gained about one and a half miles per gallon. He also said I needed tires and suggested the Michelin Defenders. I had them installed and noticed better traction and a much quieter ride. Those tires even came with a 90,000 mile warranty. Nelson, Shannon, Ron, and Tom really went the extra mile to take such good care of me. read more

Brought my car in they diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, had a vacuum leak because of a rubber tube with a hole in it. They called the local parts store for me and said it was in stock. 15 bucks later my car was running great. Wow, an honest car repair place, I know I will be back again.
