He also gave us fair pricing and was very thorough. While there, we asked about our stairs and our deck. He quickly provided is a detailed and professional quote by the afternoon. There were two different crews who did the fence and the stairs. Both crews were professional and did a great job on the fence and stairs but also did a great job cleaning up. If you did not know, you would not have been able to tell they had been there except for the quality craftsmanship. While they were working on the stairs, I asked about replacing the railings on the deck. Within 45 minutes, not only did they have an estimate for the railings, they had the lumber delivered and were already working on it. These guys do great work and for any exterior projects, I will be using these guys. My neighbors installed a fence next door with a different crew and it is obvious our fence looks much better and the quality of work is exceptional. Highly recommend these guys.

That is what Banks and loan companies are for. The name of the business is Deck and fences Llc in Gainesville Georgia. Being represented by Rodney Grogan, owner. On June 19, 2025, a contract was signed in my home with this man. A roof cover was to be placed over an existing deck. The job was to start on July 2nd 2025. He requested a deposit ($3,725.00) to get started. A check was written , he cashed by electronic same day. Excited, took off work, no rodney or crew. Received numerous can't show. On the way. Call back, it's raining, going to keep in touch, will call after finishing up a job. He was taking on more jobs, even though I was told that he was finishing up a job already. July 9th. I will be there next week. July 14th, no rodney. I keep getting excuse out of excuse why he could not get started. Family sick, raining, and more. I even asked him to refer someone else. He insisted that he could and would do the job. Stating in two weeks he would come and not fail. August 6th, still no rodney or crew. States he was back to work and would be there the following Tuesday to get job started. August 11, more excuses. August 18th I am trying to reach out to him, no luck. August 25th text stating will be available the following Friday to return my money. Sept. 3rd, Still have not heard from. Rodney. Friday Sept 26th, texted. He has been to my home. Know how to contact me, know my address. No rodney, no money. On September 17th I went to magistrate court using the address on his letter head to have him served. This was a house and he was no longer there. Sheriff could not serve. I researched his address. Found him in Gainesville Georgia in a house. I drove there. The truck and trailer he had at my home was in the drive way. As I am leaving the neighbor hood, he texted. Again stating he want to give money back. I have not moved. Postal service still in business. He had no intentions of doing the work, or returning my money. So on Sept. 29th I returned to the magistrate court, amended my claim, gave updated proof of his residence for him to be reserved. I am paying court cost and service fees each time. Looked up professional license search, No license. Went to Office of the Georgia Secretary of States web site. No updated registration. I have all communications with this man by via text
