We needed irrigation on more than 100 feet of crops in our home garden. I searched online for DIY…read moreoptions as well as local hardware stores. It seemed way too complicated to DIY so I needed a professional. I asked around and all roads led to Sanford Irrigation here in Sequim. It's a small town and word travels fast. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about this company and they were right. Heather in scheduling was communicative and clear with setting expectations for the work and the price. No surprises. Travis the co-owner came out and gave us a bid and laid out a plan how he would run the lines and pipes through the ground. He not only offered a great solution but also pointed out ways to future-proof the infrastructure in case we wanted to build out more of the garden. Riley and Matthew installed the irrigation. What else impressive is that even though they ran pipes underground through an already existing garden, when they were done it was like magic. Somehow pipes were in the ground and you could not even tell there was construction! Even when they dug the dirt out they put the dirt on tarps so that it would not mess up the existing lawn. This crew takes pride in their work and it shows. Do not hesitate, if you are looking for irrigation Sanford will get the job done right!

Sanford sent a friendly rep over, he checked/ran the system - it turned out to be something else with a broken drip line. He fixed this, also something I'd missed. This is the cheapest place in Seattle that I have found for granite and quartz, BUT buyer beware…read more If you know how to cut, handle, seam, and polish edges, then this place is a good deal for you. If this is your 1st time buying or installing stone do not step into these waters. If you choose to ignore that advice, you do so at your own financial peril. I have been buying granite here for 11 years. Twice my order has both been cut correctly and ready when I showed up. Seriously, 2 times out of maybe 20. You have to measure your stone before it is loaded, inspect corners and edges. There have been a few times when I provided a template and the cuts we still off. MEASURE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If it is wrong and you leave, they will not fix and you will not get a refund or credit. Will not. As stated, stone prices are cheap, there is little to no haggle room on the stone, but they make their profit in fabrication: the cuts. Be aware of that when you are discussing cost. There is also wide margin on their sinks, fixtures and cabinets - especially vanities. The cabinets are plywood flat packs and quality is in line with IKEA. I would advise against a cabinet purchase here, but I am a cabinet maker so I am by nature bias. They put gas the glue for a couple weeks and some people hate that smell. In summary: cheaply priced, but quality stone, zero customer service during or after the sale, and it is on you to make sure it is all correct.
