This company came in a couple hundred less then the bigger companies in the area. They helped us with so many different projects and felt like we had built a great rapport with Camille and his crew. So whenever anyone needed recommendations for home improvement, we always turned them to 3 Feathers. My dad needed an old patio step demolished and rebuilt. He lives in an HOA so the HOA is very particular about the type of step that can be put in. We trusted Camille and his crew with helping my dad out. We figured he'd be in good hands since we were loyal customers with 3 Feathers. Camille and his crew no-show twice to my dad's house. These were scheduled appointments. The first no-show, we figured that they were just busy and it slipped their mind. Then the second no-show happened. There was no customer service in explaining themselves on why they were no-shows. This was very atypical of the experience that we had with Camille and his crew. After the second no show they never responded and haven't since. That was phone calls and emails. We also had our gutters fixed (last job by them for us) by them and realized that they were leaking in spots. We reached out to them to try to help us with what's going on and once again they ghosted us. So, not sure what's going on with their business. Very sad when we have worked with them so much.
