I explained where we were and she said "the open house has been canceled and we have an offer on the property." I told her we were there and she should have notified Zillow. She offered no apology and hung up. When we were getting ready to leave, other people were walking and driving up and I had to tell them the open house was canceled. Shame on Tina and Remax. This is no way to do business.

She said she found a similar one (yes, she said, it met my specific standards), that was a bit bigger and less expensive. "Yay!", says I. When I arrived in Philadelphia, I moved into a mold infested, dirty, grungy place with a dreadful commute. Know what? She NEVER saw the condo! I've since moved to my dream place. I traded phone calls with her broker, and plan to report the incident to the proper authoritative body. I don't want any one to go through what I had to go through. I have pictures. The biggest mistake I made when moving to norristown was moving into a Gallo owned apartment. It's disgusting. They don't fix any problems no matter how much I call and let them know what's going on. The maintenance person changes every week and they know close to nothing. They don't even show proof or anything when they have to enter the apartment. This place is falling apart and they don't care enough to fix anything. It's incredibly frustrating trying to get someone to fix all the issues. The woman who answers the phone has an attitude every time I call but I should be the one upset! I'm paying rent here and things don't get fixed or addressed at all. Look anywhere else and don't settle for any Gallo apartments. I wish it was possible to move into a better place sooner. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! Can't ever get a hold of them to get anything done!!
