Justina has all the attributes necessary to be an excellent realtor, and has gone way above and beyond the call of duty: No matter what we ask of Justina (Find a space to rent, recommend local contractors, etc) she goes out of her way to make sure we have all the information we need. She knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Justina is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. Her knowledge of the Rockland County Real Estate market is exemplary and she provides much more than the required services. She has been much more like a trusted family member, not just a realtor. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Justina or being anything but happy in choosing to work with her.

She is told yes and arranges to view the home. She is accompanied by a friend who wants to put in an offer, lower than ours. Ms. Sabo accepts the offer. Later that day my wife calls the office supervisor Cindy Darcy to inquire as to what is going on. Ms. Darcy calls back the next day, SCREAMING at my wife, "how dare you call us, you should be dealing with your own agent" and proceeds to slam down the phone. In short if you want to deal with these kind of folks please BEWARE. The level of professionalism here is ROCK BOTTOM.
