The apartment windows were broken and didn't close properly, letting in extreme cold during the winter. Despite repeated complaints, they were never fixed and heating was never adequate. The plumbing in the building was old and constantly caused problems, but management failed to properly address it. After we moved out, they blamed us for issues related to long-term building maintenance, which did not match what the superintendent told us. Package theft was very common and affected many tenants. When we reported it to the police, management never responded, and we were told the security cameras were not working. No real action was taken. The most serious issue is that management kept $800 from our deposit without a clear or itemized explanation. That money was taken to fix or remodel old plumbing problems in the building--something tenants should not be responsible for. Overall, this management company lacks transparency, communication, and basic accountability. Rent here with caution and document everything.
