'Oh yeah, you do have an appointment ' 'but you'll have to wait several hours' Really!!! Unprofessional, No clue about scheduling. Had an appointment abd they didn't honor it. After finally figuring out that 'Yes' I do have an appointment. The correct response should have been. I'll get your car in right now. Or just be honest and say 'I have no clue what's going on, I will need to reschedule you since I know you need your car done this morning. I Do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you go there be prepared for unorganized chaos.

On my push back, they said $3k would cover it but the rear brakes would need to be replaced soon. Called Taylor's (my usual mechanic)... told them the things the dealership said it needed. Lucas asked if he could take a look at it because he was quite certain he had replaced the brakes only 12k miles ago and told me most of the other things sounded a bit like BS upcharges. Brought the car in to Taylor's and was told it needed some work to pass inspection, but only HALF the work as the dealership said and at a total cost of less than 1/3rd of the estimate from the dealer! Taylor's is a pleasure to work with, always professional, and they don't look at every customer like they are a sucker walking in to buy them their next vacation or boat. Taylor's is one of those shops where they work hard to earn the trust of their customers.

Well needless to say my children and I were all safe. it was very scary to say the least. We pulled over to gas Station in Milton PA, and called the insurance company when we seen all the damages to our vehicle we knew we couldn't travel any further in our own. So our insurance guy got us in touch with CPR Auto Center LLC. We had no clue what was what, where we were, nothing secure in getting home. I spoke with Dave and he was amazing I had no idea he was the owner but he talked with me, text me to make sure we were ok mind you it was Labor Day. No Rental place was open. Dave sent tow truck to tow our vehicle to BOSTON, MA 3 and a half hours away plus he sent a loaner rental so we could go pick up a rental car but where the insurance company thought one was opened 30 minutes away. There was no rental company in site. So we notified CPR ( Dave) and advised them we had to take the vehicle to Boston and the tow truck driver I think Chris was his name which by the way was hearing impaired and was excellent by the way. If it wasn't for these guys/ this company my children and I wouldn't have arrive home safely. Thanks so much Dave and Richard for the excellent customer service and allowing us to use your vehicle. Had our van towed to Mausdale so they told me it needed a fuel pump so they replaced and i got a…read moreoil change at same time, picked the van up took home then decided to drive the van to Walmart, came out the store van would start so had to AAA again, the two truck got to me very quickly, the driver got the van started and suggest to take back to Mausdale which I dropped off on Sunday, called the garage Thursday because I didn't hear anything was told it need a switch and it wouldn't be fixed until the following week which I understand. They called me Tuesday said van was ready I picked up on Friday. The first bill was over $900 and the second bill over $300 for a fuel pump and switch, first of all obviously the van wasn't fixed correctly the first time and then charge us a lot the second time. The garage is usually very reasonable but this was very expensive!

We took my wife's Jeep in for an oil change and State Inspection June 2015. After returning home…read morefrom picking it up we noticed a dent and scratches on the driver's side front bumper. We did not notice this damage in the parking lot because of the way it was parked, we approached it from the rear to get in. We have had the Jeep less than a year so we know every scratch, ding and/or dent or should I say lack of them so when I saw it after getting home I asked my wife what happened and she said she never saw that before and it had to have happened at the garage either by them or in their parking lot before we picked it up. I called as soon as we got home (less than 45 min from picking it up) and they were closed. I left a detailed message with my contact info and no one ever returned my call (almost 2 weeks now). We were upset but understand accidents happen and called to report the damage and work on getting them to fix it. Unfortunately they decided to ignore us completely. The dent and scratches have white paint embedded in the scratches and their colors are red and white and most areas are painted white. We park outside our home and it is Green. Bottom line don't take your vehicle here if you do not want it damaged
