Chet, the PA that saw me, was super professional and knowledgeable, and has a great name! :-) After feeling like I had a complete and useful visit, I looked at my watch and it was 35 minutes after my scheduled time! Note that on my last attempt to see an ENT (not here), it was more than 35 minutes before they even realized that I got tired of waiting and left. Oh, and very friendly staff in general. I continue to go to her because…read morewhen I have a problem or issue she will run test until issue is defined and/or refer me to the appropriate specialist. At this point, I am more concerned about how proactive she is about resolving my medicals issues. However, her bedside manner is deplorable. If you have a medical situation and want your significant other to be in the examining room with you to discuss your issues (which I have had several), she will deny it and tell you that she doesn't have time. She may tell you (as she did with me) that she has patients sicker than you that she has to attend to. On the flip side, she recommended comprehensive testing that I help resolve an issue that I was having for over a year and sent me to a very good specialist. She needs to work on her bedside manner. It can come off as being rude and crass and I am not a person who is not easily offended, emotional or intimidated.

This is a very busy office, patient's have to manage their expectations. I dont know if I could maintain such a calm demenor if I were her. Rocky handles the lab but so much more. She's funny and efficient. A great combination. I hate getting blood drawn but she never hurts and always manages to distract me. Blaise is also great. It is like having an extension of your family. But remember, what you put out is what you get. Do not expect lightning fast service, they are not machines. Think of them as a small town doctor's office in a big city.
