Jeremie responded and found that our mortise lock had given out and that it could be replaced without having to replace the whole door, which we were fully expecting to have to happen. He "band-aided" the lock so that we could again have full use of the door during the time it took to receive the part, and, as soon as that happened, Jeremie arranged a time to install it. The parking situation at the school next to them is already a nightmare, but why not park a truck in the line to keep people from being able to pick up their kids?
