It is hard to carry anything while using two canes but I try the best I can, but sure enough I started dropping things & it's very difficult for me to pick things up & tears started to come down my face just because I was feeling so broken. Just before I burst into tears a young woman named Chaquita got on her knees & started collecting all the things that I had dropped, and asked If there was anything more that she could get me? I wiped my tears & said no, that would fo it for me, plus the gas on pump 3 . To me it was as if Chaquita was an Angel, & Im writing this review not only to let her know that what she did was very kind & thoughtful, but also to let her Bosses know that because of her extra effort I will never buy gas anywhere els again. I live nearby and the lowest gas prices in the area are with Quik Trip. If you go midday to early evening it will be a little wait for pumps but nothing bad.

They only sell soda and chips. Two for two. Awful customer service, limited items available, I won't be going back. Curious to see how long a place link this will last in a sea full of other options. After explaining to her that I was not able to use the unit. She told me that it was my fault and that she would not be returning my money. After I reminded her that the right signal light was not working. The hitch connection was faulty, and that the tailgate would not let all the way down, she actually blamed me for not checking the unit thoroughly although it's her job to check it before renting the unit. After I let her know that I would be reporting her behavior and that I would be posting the complaint. She grew very angry. She actually came out of the gas station to confront Front me and let me know that I was on "private property"! gas station that exists to serve the public is on private property. So I asked her where are the sign postings showing that this is private property? We have increasingly arrogant and people serving the public who have no idea what the laws are and how to serve the public. my advice is that everyone boycott this particular BP located at 2542 Stowmarket Ave. Rockford, IL 61108. if you are able, stop supporting this gas station and U-Haul business. I came here for a specific product (Lucy's Breakers) that their website said they should have but…read morethey didn't. Luckily I was in the area. Since they didn't have that, I purchased a can of Zyn, that had an expiration date of August 2024. I live in Belvidere so it wasn't worth the headache of driving back for a refund. They also had a "glitch" where the computer system showed I was paying for a lottery ticket. Supposedly this thing of Zyn was $10 even, which coincidentally was the same price of the lottery ticket. I think the girl working there just didn't know what to do or they're ripping off people. DO NOT COME HERE, go to the Mobil across the street.
