And then the waitress was super friendly (like everyone we met in Florence). My wife had the ham po'boy which was grilled like a Cuban sandwich (yay!) and I had the fried shrimp po'boy. Both were excellent. For sides my wife chose a half grapefruit brûléed and I had marinated tomatoes. I remember having sugar on a half grapefruit as a kid, but bruleed? Epic! I loved the big wall in the front dining area-- half of a Cessna airplane on the wall, superimposed on a blueprint painting (see photo). Very creative. We'll be back!

we were visiting town for graduation and swung by here for breakfast. we had the privilege of being…read morewith mckenzie. she was respectful, fun, and prompt. she made our time there that much better. we ordered a good amount of food but i got the chicken biscuit sandwich with hash brown patties. the chicken was tender, juicy, and crispy! biscuit was so warm and buttery. they had an option to "make it dirty" which adds hot sauce, bacon, and cheese. the hash browns were crispy and they also had some onion flavor to them as well. at first i wasn't a fan but i enjoyed it after a few more bites. we had such a great time and we would definitely come back!
