I flew in from the west coast just for the install and the morning of install at 8:45am they emailed me that they needed to push out the install out multiple days. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. That put the brakes on the project of course. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company especially if you are trying to get a project done at a specific time.

When we contacted the company, they denied responsibility and told us to file a warranty claim with our pool builder instead. This company is 100% responsible for the damage to our pool. He owns his own business and does the work to the best of his abilities. He knows his stuff after being in the business so long. He is super fair with his prices.
