My pool was remodeled about two years ago, and I have used Aaron's on several occasions to locate leaks. On 5/7/2026, their technician quickly located and repaired a plumbing leak with minimal disruption and no mess. Most recently, the technician returned and discovered a crack near my skimmer that extended vertically down into the pool shell. He explained that the repair would be a temporary patch and, importantly, provided referrals for contractors who could complete the permanent repair. This service call was also covered under the company's warranty from the previous repair on 5/7/2026, which I really appreciated. If you want a company that performs a thorough inspection, knows what they're doing, stands behind their work, and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend Aaron's Leak Detection. Hands down, they are the company I trust for pool leak detection. Update 5/7/2026: Aaron's Leak Detection came out again after my pool remodel. Cody did a very thorough job, answered all of my questions, and successfully located my plumbing leak. I have used other leak detection companies in the past, and I have found that Aaron's provides much more value in actually locating and identifying the source of the leak. Update 2/28/2025: I spoke with Christian by phone about a possible leak after my pool remodel was completed in May 2024. I still don't know the name of the project manager, let alone what he looks like, because he never showed up onsite or made any real effort to communicate throughout the build. No updates, no coordination, and no accountability. We constantly had to chase people down just to get basic answers. The attention to detail was equally disappointing. We were left with damaged and scuffed-up coping, stained decking, stained stucco -- and were essentially expected to just accept it. For a six-figure investment, the result should've been flawless. Instead, it looks like corners were cut at every stage. I'm a project coordinator in the construction industry myself, and I would never treat customers the way we were treated. The level of customer service was unacceptable. Tom, our sales rep, was great in the beginning -- friendly, helpful, and responsive. But the moment we signed the contract, we felt completely abandoned and instantly regretted choosing this company. Our biggest regret is not taking more time to research and choose a pool builder that actually values communication, craftsmanship, and customer experience. What's even more concerning is that I've posted this review twice on Google -- and both times it was hidden. It seems they're actively burying recent negative reviews to protect their image. I started by using their "Pool School" They came out to my house, looked at my equipment and walked me through how to care for it all. Ongoing, I take samples down to the store for them to test and they give me plain language description of what I need to do. They are always asking how the pool looks and feels.....as the tests are only part of the equation. Also, these guys are super fair....on several occasions they have advised me that something I needed is going to be cheaper through Amazon, etc.....they looking to be fair and keep your business.
