Within a week or so they came and began work. They did a great job except they left all the stump grindings all over the sidewalk, lawn and driveway. Plus a huge mound where the tree had been. What the heck am I supposed to do with that? Luckily I was having the driveway ripped out and that company was very accommodating and helped me remove the debris. Additionally it was brought to my attention and later confirmed that they had no business working near power lines! They are not insured for that! Ask questions and get the facts. For the next project I gave my business elsewhere.

I had new LeafGuard gutters installed on my house and garage on Saturday, Aug 8, 2026. While removing a tree on my neighbor's property on Friday, Aug 14, 2026, the Woodchuck Tree Service crew lost control of a rope, causing the tree to fall onto my house, severely damaging a 4 to 5-foot section of my newly installed LeafGuard gutter. After quite a bit of discussion back and forth, Megan Townsend of Woodchuck Tree Service finally agreed that the repairs would be handled directly by LeafGuard to ensure my product warranty remained valid. Ms. Townsend agreed to send a check and coordinate with LeafGuard to schedule the work. However, instead of following this agreement, an unauthorized third-party gutter company was brought in by her and owner, John Bailey, on Sept 11, 2026 without my knowledge or consent while I was at work, replacing the damaged gutter with a non-matching, non-LeafGuard gutter. I have attempted to reach Woodchuck by phone regarding this matter, but have not received a response. They are aware the unauthorized repair does not meet the agreed-upon standards, and compromises my original warranty. But they apparently have no plans to resolve this issue and have my LeafGuard gutter system restored properly.

WARNING to Gutter King Customers and Potential Customers: I…read morepurchased my gutters for my home from GUTTER KING. I will give them a good review for quality gutters and polite installers. The problem to be aware of...10 Year Warrenty from gutters leaking, the owner Nick doesn't HONOR without giving reasons to correct an issue without charging you for additional services or equipment to correct their work. I called to address a problem on my flat roof in May, 2026. Gutter King receptionist said she would share with owner Nick, I was put on hold. When she returned, she said I didn't pay for extender drip edges for that area on my roof. If they are the king experts for gutter installation, why wasn't this addressed at installation. The other excuse they provided to collect more money from honoring their warranty, is getting my gutter cleaned by them. My gutters are clean, they continue to provide excuses to collect more money without directly honoring their 10 Warrenty. I have called five times to address this issue politely, each time told the owner, Nick, will get back to me, it's NOW been four weeks, since my last call, June, 2026. What a disappointment and poor customer service to honor their warranty. I expected so much more from Nick and his company. My flat roof issue to date still hasn't been resolved by GUTTER KING OWNER NICK.

I called Gutter King, left a message around 6:00p and had a return call first thing the next morning. Later that day, I had someone at my house giving me an estimate. I accepted the bid and they scheduled appointment for the next day(usually I am told it's within a week, but we are currently in the off season). The workers arrived on time and got right to work. Within 2 hours they had my old gutters down, the new ones up and the site cleaned up. The gutters look great, come with a 10 year workmanship warranty and an even longer warranty on the materials. Even though it was a little more expensive than I would have liked, I would use them again in the future or recommend them to someone else.
