Once again, at 6:30 a.m.- Brian immediately returned my call/text- assessed the situation via texted photo, arrived on site (same day) with the right team, the right equipment and took care of it. As this is the second time I have hired 5 Star Tree Services it is particularly worthy of also noting that Brian is very well experienced, knowledgeable and skilled with his array of equipment in addition to paying very close attention to the cosmetic appearance of any work he does whether it be a removal, trimming or an emergency response. I'd also add that with so many services around, Brian is keenly aware as a business owner, the importance of quality of work and customer satisfaction both of which he is exceptional at-to include being just one heck of a nice guy to boot!!! In total I had six trees removed at a very reasonable rate. The crew that came out was very courteous and professional. They wasted no time getting to work. It took six hours to remove all the trees. 4 of them being thirty feet tall or larger. Weather does play a factor. If it rains, he crews can't come out. Tony's office staff is very competent and will keep in touch. Tony will quote you 7-10 days from time of signing contract to when work is performed, but again weather does play a factor.

Took 9 months for the job to be semi completed, had to hire another company to finish the stumps.read more
