Be careful when choosing this dentist!! I have 3 kids and needed to cancel an appointment on 2 separate occasions due to illness. I never miss appointments as I understand how hard it can be to get the appointment in the first place. It's not like I did a no show. I called to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it due to a sick child. I received an email a couple of weeks later stating that they would waive my late fee but this would be the last time. I replied immediately stating, if this is their policy please feel free to charge me. I also stated in the email that my daughter was fighting bronchitis and was going to the Doctor for the third time to insure she didn't have pneumonia. These situations are completely unforeseeable, you would think a doctor of all people would have compassion, especially since she has children of her own. Instead of a return email stating they hope my daughter was doing better, I received nothing until today which was a bill for the missed appointment after they said they wouldn't charge me. I have paid my bill in full and the account will be closed. read more

If I have to go to a dentist, going to Dr. Junker is ALMOST something I look forward to. She explains everything in a way I can understand before she does anything to my teeth and she gives me alternatives. Her staff, starting with Harriett are all warm and pleasant. To be honest, I do not normally go out of my way to write a review unless the service/experience is exceptionally great or absolutely horrible. Unfortunately, in this case, the experience was nothing short of terrible. I feel that people should honestly be warned that Dr. Kelli Junker's establishment will take advantage of you and the fact that you are seeking their professional opinion regarding your teeth. Within the first fifteen minutes, Dr. Junker had racked up $7,500.00 of procedures and treatments that were "absolutely necessary for me to undergo". After that experience, the office automatically generated 3 more appointments for me and charged me $50 each for canceling an appointment 14 hours in advance. The priority of this establishment is not to assist you in your dental needs, but definitely to get you to spend as much money as possible. It makes it difficult for anyone to trust their professional opinion, when it is clearly clouded by their need to convince you to spend a substantial amount of funds on unnecessary dental work. read more

I've been going to Dr Junker for over 4 years. All of the employees are top notch, professional, and truly cares. They all work hard to make your experience a positive one. Dr Junker is the best and treats her patients like her friend or family member. I just recently had a crown done and Dr Junker called me a couple days later from her cell phone on Saturday evening to check to see how I was doing....impressive! That just doesn't happen! In addition to excellent service, their technology is top notch. I went in for a crown replacement where they were able to image my tooth, create the crown on the spot, and put it on all within a couple hours...no temporary...no coming back...no problem...in and out in one sitting. I am the biggest dental chicken, cry baby.. etc on the planet and Dr Junker has taken the time to get to know me and has provided pain free dental work. Brandie is Awesome!!! The Best Dental Hygienist EVER!!! I use to dread going to get my teeth cleaned, i would rather have a root canal...seriously! But since she has been cleaning my teeth for the 5 years or so I don't mind it at all! I would and have recommended her to everyone I know!!! Dr. Junker is awesome too! Dr. Junker, she is so sweet and kind and is so gentle and takes her time with you she even calls and checks up after you've gone home to make sure you're doing okay (even on a weekend). I have never had a better dentist or hygienist, I'm 58 so I've been going for a long time and had lots and lots of work done and its not just that they do great work I trust them not to do work that doesn't need to be done!
