I am set up for the drive safe auto program that monitors phone use while driving. The vast majority of the time my wife may be on the phone while I am driving. About 5% of the time, I may be the one talking on the phone. This causes too many added charges that at completely wrong. It kept asking me to explain because it did not understand. I gave several descriptions. The "chat" never understood. I hope you are not paying a lot to use AI to "help" customers because it is not effective. We've been customers for 40 years. Always had excellent service when we talked to a real person. The chat was like talking to a brick wall. Extremely frustrating. So I finally googled to find a phone number to call you since there was none I could find on your website. The "old" number I had listed with the usaa details did not work. I get that "AI" is the new thing to save money. But who is paying attention? In the words of the chat - please explain - I do not understand. :( Ah and now I read you don't respond to this feedback which means no one is reading it. Well bummer. And very sad that your overall reviews are terrible. Maybe it is time to look for new insurance.
