I would highly recommend working with Avis! Our entire family has insurance with State Farm now because of the wonderful care she gives! We have had multiple vehicles, home owners, changed cars, changed policies added, taken away and I'm sure more that I have forgotten. Any and every problem our family has had, Avis fixes it!! Customer service above and beyond! We have used several of the insurance services without problems, towing, car rental, locked the keys in the car. I cannot recommend Alex Post and his agency based on my experience. My billing due date was changed by just one day, and that resulted in me being double billed. When I called to have the issue corrected, I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. To make matters worse, while I was still on the phone trying to resolve the problem, another attempt was made to withdraw the full double amount from my bank account. Instead of helping resolve a billing issue that their office created, I was left stressed and worried about my finances. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not telling customers there's nothing that can be done. I hope no one else has to deal with the same experience I did. read more

Alex Post has been my state farm agent since around 2009, 2010... He and his team are always courteous and helpful with insurance coverage and claims issues/questions. We recently filed an auto accident claim which required some further investigation. When my wife and I couldnt get in touch with our claims examiner, Alex and his team interceded on our behalf and were able to put us in touch with claims examiner to research our dispute. All issues were resolved promptly, our car was repaired, and my wife is back on the road with her vehicle looking as good as new. This "team" is full of incompetent people. They don't do one thing that you ask and they it screws up you're entire insurance policy. They don't reach out when there are issues. Both Alex and James have been a pleasure to work with. I recently bought a house and wanted the best coverage for my investment. Not only did James work with me to determine the best coverage for my new home, but was able to save me hundreds of dollars by combining my auto insurance as well. I know this may all seem like standard service, but where James and Alex really shine is their attention to detail and their genuine care of their customers. This agency is very good about trying to upsell. However when I tried to cancel my policy with an 8 day notice, they dropped the ball and over drafted my bank account $400.00. Thanks Alex Post. I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy. Horrible service. read more
