The inspection completed on my house stated things were broken or did not work when in fact they were in fine working order. There were things left uninspected due to no flooring in the attic and it being too hot. When you pick an inspector, find one that has a few years under their belt.

All while saying, "there's no way you would have been able to put this together" to two women... We had to reorder a replacement (because they broke ours), and we put it together in less than an hour... so for two professionals to take 3X longer than two girls, just to charge by the hour, is insanely unethical and disappointing. Their moving service was fine (4/5 stars and affordable), just be mindful that they likely won't show up on time and cannot be trusted for assembly.
