Kelly is amazing! After seeing my friend's family photos I asked her for her photographer's contact info. She gave me Kelly's info and I contacted her right away. Kelly was super responsive and made it very easy to book the shoot. Although this is a very busy time of year for family photos, Kelly was able to make time for us. She was quick to edit and send us our photos. We couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Kelly recommended for us to shoot at the Thomas Riley wilderness park. Kelly took my kids' photos at a friends' birthday party and they were incredible, even inside a bounce house!! She's since done a family shoot for the 4 of us and a huge cousin shoot with 5 kids & 6 adults and she rocked it. I am beyond pleased with the service and quality of photos from Kelly! My fiancé and I decided to plan our wedding in a week's time, to have it fall on a specific date. Landing on a Sunday, it could not take place at a courthouse and I was hoping for an outdoor ceremony anyway. High quality photographs capturing the day was really important to me but I realized that I may need to sacrifice having the "best" since we were planning so quickly and I may need to pay a premium as it was last minute. I turned to my local Facebook "Mom's" group for recommendations. Of the 5 responses that I received, 2 recommended Kelly. I reached out to her and 2 other referrals. After perusing all of their online portfolios, Kelly's were the style I liked the most so of course I assumed she'd be the most expensive. Wrong! Her price was more than reasonable for the 1-2 hours that I requested. I booked her services, signed a contract, put down a small deposit and we were good to go! Kelly showed up on time and got straight to work, no questions asked. An hour later, the ceremony and all family photos were complete. She works fast, which I love. I have 2 kids so we've had our fair share of family, maternity and newborn photo shoots and this was by far the easiest on us. Not a lot of posing or wasted time, Kelly just shoots away and captures great "in the moment" shots. Did I mention that I got married on a Sunday morning and had over 150 edited photo files sent to me by TUESDAY MORNING? Unbelievably fast service, surpassing my expectations. Kelly did a shoot with my 2 little kids and I and the pictures were wonderful! She did a great job making my toddler and baby comfortable and caught genuine laughter and 100 watt smiles. She has a eye for capturing amazing scenes, selecting the perfect settings and creatively using the elements to deliver unique photos that don't look posed. Kelly Dobyns Photography did my sister-in-laws wedding on August 31, 2016. At first the wedding was to be held at the Santa Ana Courthouse and that is how we found Kelly. We had seen the amazing photos she took there. But the guest list started to expand and we switched to a different venue in Fullerton. Kelly was amazing. She captured every special moment of the wedding. She got excellent shots of the outdoor ceremony and was great while taking all of the family pictures in the 90 degree heat. Her pricing was very reasonable and she was very flexible. What I liked best was how fast we received our edited photos from her.
