I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. I should have read about all her unhappy customers and negative articles written To Veronica's comment: YOU are an absolute liar. I don't need to speak on whatever crap you're saying because a simple search of your google reviews will show all of the horrible reviews you have. If you google "blue ivy and Beyoncé" you can see articles of Beyoncé asking for a restraining order against this awful woman. Poor excuse for a human being! Literally everything she wrote in her response to my comment is a lie and don't entertain her BS! One simple google search will SHOW all her unhappy customers dating back YEARS!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

Without her organization and recommendations for vendors, I guarantee we would have arrived at our wedding day with a lot of enthusiasm and very little actual wedding Also, I appreciated throughout the process that when I wanted to go with my own vendor or DIY, Mandy was very open to those ideas- I never felt pushed to choose someone she prefers to work with or anything like that. As a fellow wedding vendor, we have collaborated since and it has been a joy to watch her creative design and styling process as well. Mandy has extremely chic taste, and yet she is a chameleon when it comes to creating events and inspiration shoots that are unique, creative, and show incredible variety. Our coordinator Michele was extremely helpful keeping us moving forward with a detailed list of items to organize that we filled in over several months. She and Sarah were always available by email for questions, and when the day came, Michele was a rockstar. We had to make a difficult decision to move our wedding inside and she very professionally and empathetically guided me to make the right call. She was there to attend to every single need of ours from setting up the venue the way we wanted it to herding cats for family photos to ensuring I had water and snacks and food throughout the night. I has several guests tell me how effortless the night looked from a logistics standpoint and I cannot stress enough that was because of all the hard work that was happening behind the scenes. The DJ kept the party rolling right up until the party ended. What a fantastic evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our niece's wedding party at this beautiful hotel. You'd be surprised how many times we heard, "We cannot plan a party on this small a budget." Well okay then! But the folks at BG were wonderful-- so accommodating, so friendly, and genuinely excited about working with us. The tasting was an experience. We walked in to find our names printed on a little welcome card in the lobby, and the table set for what turned out to be a really cozy and fun lunch with Michele and Caitlin. We were offered wine, chatted as the food was served, heard a little bit about each dish as it came out, and were sent away with packed up leftovers to share with the rest of the office. That was what sealed the deal, honestly-- we left their office confident in their ability to produce an event that felt like we wanted it to feel, and since we already knew they could stay within our budget, we were sold. Leading up to the event, I couldn't have been happier. It was my first time being in charge of an entire event for my company, and Michele was always available to answer my questions, promptly and with good humor. She made recommendations, always with an eye to matching style with budget consciousness, and even up to the day before the party was proactive about checking in to make sure every detail was seen to. The party itself (held at the Charles River Museum of Industry in Waltham) went off without a hitch-- our Executive Director used the word "perfect" more than once-- and once the cocktail hour started I was even able to relax and enjoy myself, knowing we were in good hands. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with BG, and recommend them without reservation.

She not only managed virtually every logistical aspect of the event, but she helped hugely in navigating the emotional and psychological rollercoaster surrounding the planning of a wedding, and exponentially reduced the overall stress level. Paula is also one of the hardest working, and most professional people I've ever done business with. She was chief advocate, coordinator, negotiator, friend, and shrink all rolled into one! One doesn't fully grasp the magnitude of the multi-faceted coordination and attention to detail involved in planning a successful wedding, until you're in it. It was truly amazing to see how great and magnificent everything looked. The birthday lady was so taken aback by what had been done in her honor that she was at a loss for words.
