The worst part of it was that the technicians aggresively scratch your head so hard. It felt like my skin was being torn off. Quite painful ever after asking for softer force. It was not pleasant nor relaxing at all. They shampoo twice and condition once and then blow dry your hair. They ask you to sit up to do some massaging on your shoulders. Then you are asked to sit in front of a mirror where they serve you cold water and finish blow drying. Then the 'spa' treatment is done and they start to clean up the room and ask you to change.. but they're still there and the door is also wide open to the public area. The technicians were nice people but they really need to reformat their spa style. I also noticed they had extremely long nails which I assumed they also work at the nail salon. This may be the reason why their head scratching hurts a lot.

As an active advocate for mental health, I will be taking this quite seriously. If your required care is concerning mental health, I would advise to seek a psychiatrist for medication or a GP who has worked closely with psychiatrists. Dr.Naidu unfortunately hasn't the experience and professionalism to be in a position to work with patients in this area as I sadly suffered the consequences of her irresponsible decision making. I went to hair club in Burnaby on Kingsway for the first time expecting to totally satisfaction…read moreafter spending a large amount of money only to find out after six months I was wrong .... first hair piece was a disaster so they replaced it with two more that fell apart in about three weeks and after the six months ended I was forced to be put on a 1 year contract before they would replace the three hair pieces, so I signed up for that only to find that now there adhesive they were using gave me a rash so I had enough and cancelled the contract after the first payment went through then I was informed I would have to pay one more payment with no discount from the 3 failed hair pieces after they investigated why they were failing is because they were giving misinformation to me on how to care for the hair pieces . I feel that I have been used and abused for my wallet.
