Everything was pretty organized for a warehouse sale and it Only took me maybe 20 mins to pick out everything I really wanted (and trust me I could spend hrs at michaels or hobby lobby). I got over 50 items and only paid 43 bucks for them! Normally at any retail stores it could've easily costed me over 100!! He responded call the number displayed on the side of the truck. I called the number and the operations person seemed to have the same attitude as the driver ( he was not going to be there long ). Later I got a call from the branch manager saying it was a bad thing to do. I posted a picture showing the truck blocking the spaces on the facebook page ( I no longer see it ) I asked them to post on the facebook page that it was company policy to NOT block handicapped spaces, I have not seen such a statement.

They said either cancel my order or they can send the correct amount of 2 boxes for same price. That is a 50% markup. The overall was already marked up 20% before that. Not wanting to pay that outrageous amount I cancelled the order. It was very fishy and seems like they wanted to take advantage of the market due to recent events. Very bad business practices. Do not buy or use them as you will eventually see how shady the company is.

No apologies and now we can't even get a call back. This puts us in a bind with our landlord as our lease is up. But wait, there is more -- his customer showed up and left with 14 chairs and we have yet to be paid inspite of repeated calls. We are about to turn this over to our attorney if it doesn't get resolved soon. Here's an update. I used my wife's phone as my number wasn't getting a response and received a call from Alexander Lopez who said he would take this to operations manager Freddy Guiterrez. You can try out all of the Steelcase office chairs and check out the upholstery options. Steelcase's Original manufacturer's 12-year warranty applies and Tanagram handles any/all warranty issues. 3) If ordering a chair during covid, it may take about 4-6 weeks to get from the time the order. Meaning the "quick ship" items are no longer in stock (at least not right now). If you cannot wait that long and need a chair much sooner, then you may have a better chance with amazon or other 3rd party sellers that have it in stock. Or an office furniture liquidator (if you don't mind used chairs) 4) If you work for a big corporate company, then ask if there is a discount. My employer uses Tanagram to furnish our offices so I was able to get 20% off retail. 5) My only (minor) complaint (hence 4 stars, not 5) is that you can't just simply pay online like you would if you ordered a Herman Miller chair from DWR. You have to fill out an order form for your credit card, sign and date, and scan it in or drop it off to the showroom (unless you happen to purchase on the spot).

Most importantly, she did go through all my my illustrations to clean then up and make sure there was no glass shard remnants prior to framing - attention to detail that you would not get at a commercial location such as Michael's. I agreed and a week later my picture was done and I paid a very nominal fee for Wendy to re-mat it. They just took such an interest in me and my picture.
