I like Kelly Recs weight room and it's basketball court.I do think it's pool should be inside though.

Spoiler, no phone number cancels the membership). When I did try to go to the gym I had to keep my stuff with me as all the lockers would have items in them but no locks (gym has left signs but do not enforce this) but would get in trouble if my bag was on the floor so gym time was usually cut short due to this. I had to contact my credit card to stop more payments to get ahold of someone from them. You'll get a call from ABC Fitness (that is their business name, Just Move fitness is a gym based in California and from the sound of it I am not the only person who reached out to them for assistance with my account). I went to a 5:30 barre class and during the warmup began feeling very lightheaded. I hadn't eaten enough, and I just realized it. I sat down a couple time during the class (which felt especially awkward since there were only 3 people in class) because I feared I'd pass out. This happens a lot to me, but it's not fun. I felt the color flush from my cheeks. The instructor checked on me quietly to make sure I was fine, and had the front desk attendant follow up. I was eating nuts in the lounge area and the front desk girl offered me an ice pack and protein bar. I took the bar and ate it but still wasn't feeling well. She checked on me again and offered to give me a free class pass so I could come back and actually enjoy the workout. She cleaned up my mat and equipment for me and told me to feel better. As someone who's fainted at concerts, doctor's offices, fast food restaurants, and everywhere else, I know how embarrassing it can be. These ladies made me feel so comforted!!! They kept class going so I didn't feel like a distraction, made sure I was okay and ensured I'd be back to appreciate the class another day. Love this community of kind hearted women!

Pure Barre is such an amazing and unique workout option! It's a perfect low impact type of exercise…read morewhile still being extremely challenging and helping you reach your fitness goals. As a former college athlete, once I got into the real world I became pretty burnt out with traditional workouts, and especially running and heavy weight lifting, as that's all I did my entire athletic career. I was having a hard time finding a rhythm and enthusiasm for being active, up until my friend invited me to try a class here at Pure Barre. There are several different class formats at Barre, but all are fairly easy to learn, especially if you tell the instructor you are newer. The traditional format is the most common, and the only equipment you use is a small yoga ball, a band and 2-3lb dumbbells, which are already at the studio for you to use. There is no high-impact exercising that is hard on your body or joints. Everything in these classes are small, focused movements that don't seem like they should be that challenging, but they definitely burn your muscles. Even using 2lb dumbbells for a 50 minutes class you WILL build and tone muscle and get stronger. It feels so good. It's also amazing to be in a class format, surrounding by others who are grinding through the class with you. The instructors will walk around and give you one-on-one adjustments to make sure you form is correct so you won't hurt yourself and so that it's most effective. I'm really, really happy to have tried out Pure Barre and it's become a part of my routine. If you haven't ever done a Barre class, you will need sticky socks and there's no shoes allowed in the studio. They do have socks for loan at the front desk if you want to just come and try out a class first. Jennifer, Evy, Lauren, Nicole and the crew are so awesome!!

We did a haute yoga class,…read moreand it was also my first time ever trying any type of yoga at a business so I was really not sure what to expect. But I really loved it! It took some getting used to walking into that hot room, it honestly feels suffocating to begin with but then it gets better, and you feel absolutely amazing after, like totally refreshed and rejuvenated because you've sweated out all the toxins from your body. According to my friend's knowledge, who has done a lot of yoga in her life already, she said the class we did was one of the harder ones, but I still loved it and the challenge and our instructor was super chill and great at explaining things for the most part, and this is coming from a complete beginner. It was really easy to book my spot online, and the prices are definitely not cheap but they aren't the worst either in my opinion. I'm definitely going to come back at some point. And, it's right at the Southgate shopping center so one of the coolest landmarks in Lakeland, how fun!!

The people working here are very nice and the studio is clean. The practice area is inviting and of ample size, but the initial vibe didn't feel yogic. I prefer getting to my mat early to begin focusing on a calming breath. Studios often display signs on the door asking practitioners to keep the volume down. Here, sunlight pours through the windows, the overhead lights were on, and several members were sitting facing each other having a fairly loud conversation. I don't put this entirely on the studio but promoting silence prior to practice is advisable. The hot yoga class itself, led by a sub, was generic, lacked several elements, and offered no variations for more advanced practitioners. Throughout the class, I kept hoping for more. Though this studio claims this class to be a motivating and challenging experience it felt more like basic YMCA yoga. I expected more for a $21 drop-in fee. I've reviewed countless yoga studios and have practiced all over the world. This is only the second studio that has ever been less than stellar but I feel I've reviewed it fairly.
