Heard about the place on my neighborhood Facebook page and thru their advertising. Stopped in and ordered to go. They were out of sliced Brisket by the time we got there but it was after 7 on a Saturday so that made sense. I decided to get wings and the baked potato. They cooked the order fresh and i had a strawberry daiquiri while i waited. Inside was not super busy and i checked out the daiquiris while waiting. It was clean and food smelled good. The wings were really good, we got the Buffalo. The potato wasn't bad but nothing spectacular. Chopped Brisket on top (they weren't out of that) was good, it came loaded with the usual stuff plus beans. Servers and cook were all friendly and answered all my questions. My boyfriend got the triple juicy it did not come with the bacon, my friend our friend got the burger that she got, and it did not come with mayonnaise. Neither burgers came with mayonnaise. The hashbrowns were burnt, the fries were cold, the ice cream had no caramel, and it was supposed to come with caramel. The food is absolutely greasy. Their hands were dripping. We are being rushed to pay so they can clock out. There is just horrible horrible service in here. There is no other customer or literally the only customers in here now we see why. It is actually horrible. I had to wait to get ranch ask several times, The ketchup bottle on the table is empty! The food was excellent. In fact the food was so good I could have eaten twice what was served. The servings were very small for the price paid. I would stay far away from this place, there is no AC, food was questionable, bathrooms are disgusting, workers looked tired/overworked and like they don't want to be there no wonder this place is always empty. I am kicking myself for not taking photos, but it was so delish I just started gobbling at everything. Kelly's came out to offer their tasty food and daiquiri at The Poker House Ft Worth today, and they were on point. The ribs, brisket, and sausage were tasty, juicy, and full of flavor. I did not even need to use any barbeque sauce as the meat had plenty of flavor! Can I add that the beans were wonderful, and the mac-n-cheese... Fantastic with creamy, cheesy goodness and bacon! They staff were so friendly and offered great recommendations. I am glad I had the chance to try their food and plan to come back for more! I would say my favorites were the mac-n-cheese, ribs, and sausage. I love it when the meat alone has flavoring and does not need anything else. Oh, and the daiquiri offered a sweet treat in the end as well. Thank you Kelly's for offering food and drink today--and I hope you will grace us with your tempting tastes again in the future! Yesterday My husband and I were out and about so we decided to stop by and check the place out. We were greeted by both Jack and Foster right away. Great guys and very intuitive on the menu. The food, adult beverages (great selection), customer service was excellent. Kelly the restaurants owner was very friendly and made our visit very welcoming! He even gave us a sample of his barbecue ribs. Which by the way were also very good!! We will definitely be returning customers!!! Went to Kelly's tonight for dinner. We got the brisket and smoked sausage for meat, and potato salad and smoked macaroni and cheese for sides. It was nothing less than exceptional. Nothing to complain about except the sweet tea wasn't sweet enough for my liking. Other than that, the sauce, mac n cheese and bbq really hit the spot. The customer service is awesome as well! read more
