The prices are well above what I can find at Nordstrom or even Saks for the items being sold. He has occassional sales where he'll mark a rack down of clothing so that it is affordable. At one point he was using the store across the street as an outlet. If you can sell a $600 coat for $17.00 then that shows how over inflated his pricing is. I did dive in and purchase a few items when deeply marked down. Luckily I didn't pay full price or even close to it. The stiching began falling apart after one wash and the coat, which I didn't even wash, already has a broken belt loop. Unless you are dressed to the staffs liking don't expect them to help you either.

I applaud Torrid because they have some of the most compassionate employees out there. They really enjoy working in their establishment. As always they always have a huge selection of items that range from clothing to jewelry. Along with the great staffing this store is always in great shape. Everything is organized, well stocked and easy to find. And if you can't find it, someone is willing to locate it, whether it be in store, or at another store.

I am not sure if that is because of the influx of employees due to the holidays approaching, but it made for a pleasant experience in shopping. The thing I like about a Ross is that I always end up with something that I didn't know I had a need for. Then when I get home I question myself as to why I bought it. Sometimes I'll find the same item that I found at TJ for a higher price at Ross, and sometimes I'll find brands I can't find at Marshall's for a super low price at Ross, but it's pretty rare. I have yet to find a Ross that's "better" or "worse" than any other Ross, so if you've been to one, you can come to this one knowing what to expect. The inventory doesn't seem to change very often, so I wouldn't go out of my way to frequent this location.

I bought holiday napkins and a dog collar and spent only $6 total! At checkout, the lines of customers were long. The cashiers did their best to move us along quickly. My cashier said thank you and to have a nice day. I gave a neutral rating because I could not imagine spending time to sift through the racks of miscellaneous clothes to find things that I like.

It is the typical, bright, white setup that a majority of the newer model stores have come to show. Ample sized men's and children's sections which is always nice. I'm not saying that this mall is short on stores, but the few empty storefronts that are there will hopefully be full.
