As we are looking over what they had to offer a sales associate approached to ask if we needed any help. We took him up on it and he discussed the items he had that we might be able to use. I'm not completely sure, but I think that the guy helping us could have been the store manager for how helpful he was. He guided us through the items, completed the purchase, and even came outside to help make sure we put the item in the car correctly. Even allowed for me to use the restroom inside since I was in need. He even was able to help my brother with a question for a part. Pretty amazing since there was not a computer in front of him. He was able to tell us the rough price and how long it would take for them to get the item in if needed.

Do not even return skis more than a few hours late as your down payment will not be refunded. I had surprise surgery that week, still no refund for us when we returned two days late. It's ok...we will purchase skis somewhere else next year.

So patient and kind. They never make you feel like you need to rush. I tried on probably 30 dresses. They have an amazing selection of dresses! They exceeded my expectations in every way. I came along only because I had no other choice. I waited outside for a bit before I came in. When I did come it I was greeted right away and directed to where I needed to go. They had my sister set up in one of the fitting areas with things all ready to go. Staff here are the most pleasant to work with. Beside my sister fitting her gown my other sister and niece came in to look at possible dresses for the wedding as well. The employee that helped had the best demeanor with my niece. She was very knowledgeable about the gowns and helpful with pointing out color variations for my sister's color scheme. They also have some snazzy looking tuxes.

Or maybe it has to do with me having worked in a shoe store for a stint. Whichever it may be I am one of those people that will wear my shoes until it feels like you are walking straight on the ground. I came in here because it was time to upgrade. I tend to stick to what I know, went straight to the area I wanted to look at. After just a few minutes of deliberating I knew what I needed. This is where it takes a bit of a detour. When you figure out the shoe you want, you have to wait. See you only get the one shoe. You then have to wait for an associate to go on a kind of scavenger hunt to find the mate. Working in a shoe store I sort of understand this method. Don't have mated shoes on the floor so no one steals a pair of shoes. But unlike most shoe stores, Shoe Dept decides to do it in the opposite fashion. They put the boxes on the floor and keep every single match in the back. Or most of those matches. If you are truly determined you may find the match on the floor in a display. Which that kind of defeats the purpose of their system. The particular pair of shoes I wanted just happened to be this way. If I wanted to, not that I would, I could have grabbed the other shoe and walked right out the door. Especially given the fact that they label the shoe if it is on display and where it is. Anyway, I suppose I have veered off course here. There is minimal wait at the register. You do have to wait for them to "find" the mate. Employees could appear to at least like their jobs here, they make it feel like you are burdening them.
