Blood tests in Austin, Texas averaged $45. We weren't informed of the cost. Wanted to keep him overnight because they were so "concerned". Umm, no. We'll watch him closely and bring him back the next day if needed. He's a rescue and we're not about to leave him overnight in a cage. Gave us some pills. When we go to check out, the 3 receptionists were yelling over each other. We couldn't hear ourselves think. They show us the bill. Charged us over $300 for the blood test (which was completely unneeded). Total bill was almost $700. For diarrhea! And since he was so concerned (wanting to keep him overnight), we certainly expected a call the next day to see how he was doing. In fact, EVERY SINGLE VET has always called the next day to check on our pet. Nothing. Over a month and we're still waiting for the call from the "very concerned" vet. This vet is such a rip off. Do yourself a favor and stay away. So glad we have found a caring vet in this town.

This places charges for photo updates on your boarded animal lol what a joke! It doesn't cost anything to provide exceptional service and send a picture once a day. We requested boarding services while out of the country. Our pet sitter had an emergency and we needed to change facilities last minute. I was on the phone with an incredible lady, sorry don't remember her name. She was kind and walked me through the process of boarding and submitting paperwork on April 26th - see a photo of email. We were boarding Layla for two weeks and since we were traveling abroad I called to arrange a payment and left a credit card on file. Every day we were calling to check on our baby. Every day there was a rude soulless man answering the phone(supposedly the owner). The first week payment was charged and I called on May 3rd to confirm that for the next boarding week all is set and they will charge my card again. The rude man assured me yes all is set and good. When my niece went to pick up Layla yesterday, he told her that the dog will not leave the facility until a payment is made!!!! Great, but you had a credit card on file from the previous week and you confirmed that all was good. He terrorized my niece for a payment instead of looking at Layla's file and calling the cell numbers on file. When I called, the rude dude said that he never spoke to me and I never gave him authorization to charge my card. He didn't know who I was... well Mr. Owner you should of looked at your files and read the communication. I asked to speak to the woman who originally helped me - he refused screaming at me with his hoarse voice I AM THE OWNER. I asked him to reverse the charge of my nieces card and charge the one on file. He refused. I asked where my receipt was for the "authorized" week and his response was I gave it to the girl. Lol I didn't authorize you giving the receipt to anyone but me and an email would of been appropriate. At this point I hung up and didn't want to deal with an individual who has zero respect toward his customers. Will not be back and don't recommend this business. If you treat your clients so poorly I can only imagine how you treat the animals. A big NO NO!

I dropped sassy off at 9:15am was told they would call me when she was read. They called me at 3:30 said she would be ready at 5:00pm. when I got there at 4:45pm I only saw one girl clipping a dogs nail. She said I owed 65. something I paid her. When she handed me Sassy I looked at her paws she said did they not cut her pads and I said no they didn't. She took her in the back room I thought she was cutting them WRONG she didn't. Her nails weren't cut either. I asked her did they even give her a bath she said yes Wrong!! She looked just like she did when I took her in there except for the hair right below her eyes had been cut and not good. I think when she took her in the back room that's what she did. There was another person in there picking up his dog so I thought I would just call the owner the next day and explain what happened . I called two days in a row asking for a call back no call back. My groomer is retiring and I was just looking for a new groomer!!!! Just thought the owner should know what's going on there.
