I had a item stolen from the inside of my car (inside my center console) and I'm disappointed because I cleared out my trunk of my "valuable goods"(like the signs says) and thought that there should be no reason to also clear out all my stuff inside because they would be working on my trunk and why would they even need to be open my center console for It serves no purpose in repainting my trunk. I would obviously notice if anything inside was missing which there was. Putting faith and trust in others was my fault and next time I will be taking no chances. Took my car there bc it was one of the places my insurance covered I asked multiple times if they were able to detail my car because it had glass everywhere when they gave it back to me there were chunks of glass everywhere in the vents , visors sterling wheel back seats the center basically everywhere I asked multiple times if they can get rid of the glass they said yes so I took it , basically they had a half ass job "they had to remove the front of the car to "clean the vents" the vents were dirty and had glass , my daughter was the one who found glass on the floor I got cut my glass on the steering when I flip the visor glass fell on my face, plus in the inside they didn't put my car back together right and cracked it on the outside Update 7-2-2025 I took my car back on monday June 30 got my car back today July 2 they fixed the bumper but noticed dripping paint on the bottom and some paint on the hood but they were professional and tried to help and fix the issues but I'm tired of not having a car so ima leave it at that read more

I'm all about costomer service thats number 1 and these people couldn't be any worse especially the chicks in the office even over the phone. U can be mid sentence and they will put u on hold. The manager is obviously lazy because he has to pick up the phone and explain something over again to a spouse. U all need to adjust ur attitude or get jobs u like so wjen u come to work u have a better attitude woth ur customers. Let's not forget when we brought the truck in we got attitude for brining it in on a Wednesday because no one told us to bring it in on Monday so then they said they wouldn't be able to start on it later in the week. Update. As of 2/15/21 Ben called me to inform me that my car was ready for pick up after mentioning the BBB just hours before a) my car part hadn't arrived b) said it would take 5-7business dates from receiving the part for the car to be worked on and c) didn't want to provide w any other info as I was recording the conversation . I will be towing my car in the morning to a certified dealer as I am fearing for my life since I don't know what they could've done to my car and having them inspect it and make sure they didn't just add brackets like they were tryin to do from the beginning . At this point I don't feel safe driving that car.I want to make sure that all parts that were replaced have the mod number as my invoice . I will post a final review as soon as this mess is taken care of along w receipts, invoices and every documentation and the outcome on this shop . Take your business elsewhere and don't be their next victim. Edit:2/16 went to pick up my vehicle and car was worst than when I dropped it off. Horrible paint job, bumper wasn't lined up , the hood was uneven. My review will be updated daily till my car is returned precise. Had to get my windshield fixed asap. Called Kelly's and they quickly placed an order for my OEM windshield. Took one to two days to receive. I had my car fixed by Kelly's Body Shop because of an accident I was in early July. Took about two weeks to get my car back after a month of not having my car, but once I got my car back my key was messed up. They had called and stated that the key we gave them *which was my spare key* would not start my car and only would lock and unlock it. I had no prior problems with the spare key up until I got my car back. The mechanic took the back off of the key to show us what was wrong and said it looked like it had been played with, and was just glued back on. No one besides the mechanics had messed around with those keys, so when we went to go pick up my car they told us to bring another key to see if it would turn on, and so we brought the original key and thankfully it did. I know have to carry both the original and spare key to operate my car. Would not recommend if you want your keys to be messed up after having your car fixed! read more

After thanksgiving, I got a car back into my right side rear side passenger door and I was completely bummed it happened during the holidays so I contacted my insurance so they recommended me Kelly's body shop so I was like ok I'll try this place out. Dropped off my car after two days of the accident and they started getting to work. Melinda who was the receptionist picked up my calls gave me smooth transfer to the manager Jose who was giving me updates on the car which was the Toyota Mirai 2021. Car was there for three weeks. After three weeks I picked up my car and wow I was impressed how great the work is done! Everything looks the same as it was before. They really did a good job fixing my door and got me on yen road. I was sent to this shop by my insurance. I came here the next day with an appointment. I met with Jose and went through the process, signed papers and left the car. I was told that the car's repair would take about a month. I was amazed how fast they fixed my car it took them about 3 weeks. That car came out looking brand new. After a few days I noticed that there was a bit of over spray, bottom panel was slightly loose, and edge of the hood was missing paint. Looks like thats where there taped it off. The job wasn't perfect but nothing to noticeable. Its a good thing they give a 1 year warranty. read more

It sounds like a topless joint, and when I told my friends I was going here, they wanted to go with me to check it out. But no, LOL, this was a car body repair shop. Totally different and my friends haven't called me back.. I was little wary of this area. During the day, it's not too bad. But at night, some streets have gang bangers who claim their space. At least the workers inside are locals and friendly. These guys were told by the insurance company of the driver at fault to "repair" my smashed and scraped my bumper. They started to do just that, but Kelly's called Safeco insurance, the cheapskates, KAB said it was going to take longer and wouldn't look good if they repaired the bumper. They recommended I get a new bumper because it would look and work better, and the labor charge would be cheaper. So these guys went to bat for me. With all the haggling with Safeco, it took 8 days to replace a bumper. Usually, if they order the part, it only takes a few hours total. So I don't blame the body shop for that. The bumper was actually installed perfectly, with all the seams uniform. Great job, just like new. I finally picked up my car, and what a great surprise. The car was totally washed and detailed. No bullsh*t. And I mean that literally. I bought steer manure for my garden, and when I put it in the trunk, the bag broke. I didn't clean it up before turning the car in. But they did. And the trunk and my floor mats were totally new looking. That extra work saved me lots of time and money. I don't want to see an auto body shop anytime soon. But if I did, I would go here again. read more

This place is horrible so disrespectful to your time and money. It's astonishing how disrespectful and rude they all are the people in the front desk and the mechanics are rude. Quite frankly I would never come back nor should anyone bring their service here. There's no honor nor dignity. My car at the end wasn't even fixed properly they never once apologized. There needs to be 0 star because that's what I would place. I read other reviews after and I guess I'm not surprised. Never again. They kept acting as I was clueless or an idiot as if I wouldn't see how my own car wasn't fixed right and was actually worst than how i brought it in. A little update to my review as well. I tried to sell my car and apparently on the carfax for my car its listed as structural damage to vehicle from the accident. There's nothing like that from the accident. They did work on my car that had nothing to do with the accident and the worst part the stuff they told me they needed to repair had nothing wrong with it! My uncles car was wrecked and was told to bring the car into the shop. When we brought the car into the shop they fixed everything except the line on my uncles door. The insurance paid for the door which they refuse to fix and they say that it's not their problem. Which has to be illegal. But yet they mark it down and say they'll fix it but they have not. This is the 3rd time trying to resolve this issue. The line was not there before the wreck during the wreck and now it's there after the wreck but the mechanic refuses to fix it for me After they've acknowledged they will fix it. Horrible horrible horrible service. Truly if I could put 0 stars I would. left my car to get fixed with JOHN and was scheduled to pick it up within the week, it wasn't ready until a MONTH later. I'm paying for a rental car myself while it was being fixed, which I told them but they had no remorse and never said sorry. They never even contacted me saying they needed more time, I needed to call and ask myself. then they said it was ready about 3 weeks in. it all was messed up the job was done horribly my car looked exactly the same yet somehow worst than how it was supposed to be. Then finally when I went in to pick it up on week 4 the lights weren't working, my car was a mess, I had to wait another 3 days. And even after the last time I went back something was still wrong, finally I put my foot down and said I needed it today fixed. They took an hour, never said sorry never cared were always rude the front desk was rude. Horrible service, keep in mind as well this was my second time taking it here and both time were this horrible I had to come back to get fixed what they were supposed to fix the first time. Figures, bad customer service and bad job service. I would never come back again. Don't bring your car unless you want to get robbed. I was directed by infinity insurance company for repairing my car after an accident. The process is so so slow and everytime I called them they put me on hold for so long. And they told me they gonna call back but they did not! I asked them to estimate the date on which my car will be done and they said that they have no idea... I really need car as I have to go to college and also I'm a foreigner so it's difficult for me to live without car!
