She instructed people who have been going for a long time but new people like me had no clue what was expected. I found this dangerous and frustrating. The instructor looked like she was having a seizure when she demonstrated the techniques. There was many other things lacking in her instructions. Then I got billed 121.99. Like I signed up for a month. I called up to complain and get a refund but no one ever returns your call. I can't get augusts moneys back. I just got billed again. Once again I have called without any return calls. I have been away in NY for over three weeks. So I couldn't go to the center. I even contacted the corporate headquarters. I was told they are individually owned so they can't help me. Don't get involved with this place. It will become a nightmare. It isn't even a good workout. There is nothing cardio to it and they'll take your money.

She went on to show another customer every hanging t-shirt in the shop. I approached her a second time and asked if I could just talk to the owner who was standing right there. She explained the dilemma and he looked at me and said "we don't carry that anymore". I said ok I was told I'd get a call back. I spend money in here all the time. I want you to see your product. He then said "do you want me to send you one when they come in?" You're gonna send me a hoody that you're no longer keeping in stock?
